a/n: new cover who dis ;)

Wilbur was happy that he could say the following weeks were fairly uneventful. Y/n had resettled into L'manburg after everyone got over the shock of her being a ghost, and Tommy and Tubbo had spent countless hours talking about her memories and filling her in on the things she had missed. Well, some of the things she had missed. Things like L'manburg's newfound freedom were shared, but she didn't recall how she had died, and the pair found no need to fill her in.

The most interesting thing that had occurred was a decision made after a series of meetings between Tommy and Wilbur. The pair were enjoying their leadership role in the country, but Wilbur deemed it immoral for them to have declared themselves as leaders the way they did. Although Tommy disagreed at first, they came to the conclusion that they would hold an election. This election would allow them to feel less guilty about it, and so it began.

They planned their campaign in secret, and kept the whole thing hidden to raise their chances of winning. It all was going extremely well, until the inevitable happened...

Immediately after finding out that Y/n was a ghost, Dream reached out to an old buddy of his in attempt to rekindle things.

Schlatt had always been an interesting character to be around, and when Dream met up with him for the first time in years it was no exception. While the man held an undeniable authority in the way he carried himself, the chaotic energy was also very present.

The pair found themselves in the community house, schlatt sitting calmly on a sofa while Dream paced in front of him. It was night out, and skeletons and zombies could be heard roaming outside the walls of the building.

"So, what do I owe the pleasure of finally returning to your land to?" Schlatt begun.

"I have a few- requests, per say," Dream responded. He stopped pacing and instead sat on a chair across from Schlatt. The man nodded at him to continue, and Dream spoke, "I'm sure you've heard of L'manburg's newfound freedom," he paused, letting Schlatt nod before persisting, "Well, they're taking it too far. I've heard Wilbur is holding an election, and I need you to win that election. L'manburg needs to be reminded that they're not in charge of things around here."

Schlatt nodded along with Dream's words, and upon seeing him stop he said, "You said requests, plural. What else?"

Dream sighed before speaking. "You have some valuable information I need to know."

Schlatt stared in disbelief. "You want the revive book?"
