James and Sherlock started to plan their wedding, but because they were gay, they had get married in secret so no one found out. It was only 1890 so it was the only choice. They also had to do all the planning in secret, which was really a challenge. 

They had to get the outfits for their wedding, which Mycroft had to get, to avoid suspicion as no one would question the British Government. As for the music, Sebastian could play the violin almost as good as Sherlock so that was settled really quickly. 

Now they just had to find somewhere to hold the wedding, and James suggested to hold it in his church since no one goes there anyway. Sherlock agreed. Mycroft was going to officiate the wedding, and John was going to be the best man, while Molly, Irene and Mary were going to be bridesmaids. They were going to hold the wedding at midnight so no one could accidentally find out. 

They had almost everything planned, they just had to settle on a date. 

They decided to hold the wedding in a few days, so as to not cause suspicion.
