I woke up not knowing where I was. My left wrist hurt really bad. "Oh good your up! How do you feel?" the unknown lady asked. "Where am I?" I asked about to start crying. "Sweetie you were in a serious accident. You're in the Chicago Lakeshore Hospital. You only have a broken wrist. Which is oddly unusual. You were super lucky,nobody would've stepped out with JUST a broken wrist. The boy..." "Jacob? Is he ok?!" I asked interupting. She looked mad. "He apparently put his arm in front of you to stop you from hitting the airbag so hard." she said. "OH MY GOSH IS HE GOING TO BE OK?!?!?!" I was screaming. I was so out of myself. "He has a really bad fractured arm and will not be in full use of it for more than a year. He's pretty beat up." she said. "Can I see him??" I said impatiently. " You have to wait until he wakes up, and are you hungry,thirsty?" she said changing the subject dramatically. "I'm a little hungry" I actually was and I didn't know what time it was. She left before I got a chance to ask. A new nurse walked in and said there were some people to see me. Cameron,Nicolette,Nash and Makayla all walked in. Ugh why Cameron. He's the last person I wanted to see. We talked for a little bit but then the nurse said for them to get out because I needed rest. When I woke up I wasn't at the hospital. I had a cast on my arm. I was starring at my family room celeing. "Jeff she's up!" my mom yelled. I heard my dad's loud footsteps come into the big room. "Hey sweetie,how are you feeling?" he asked as I sat up. "I'm good,but I'm kinda hungry. Why am I here? Why aren't I in the hospital?" I said impatiently. "Pumpkin you need to calm down." She said stroking my hair comfortably. "Are you able to walk? You can come to the kitchen and have some chicken noodle soup your dad got you." she said helping me up. I could walk but I still really sore. I sat down at the circular table in the kitchen and my mom put the Panera soup in front of me with a spoon and a fruit smoothie. I really like Panera by the way. "Thank you. Now can we please talk about Jacob?!" I said while taking small bits of my warm soup. "Jacob isn't doing so well, he's in a lot of pain, he has fractured his ribs,arm,and sliced his neck but the cut isn't too bad. He's in surgery for his ribs right now. The doctors aren't sure if he's going to be well." I took a long sip of my smoothie. "When can I see him?" "24 hours post-surgery." "Do you know when his surgery is over?" I said getting a little worried. "The doctors will call when his visiting hours will be available." she said calmly. My parents both got up from the table and I walked my tired self upstairs. When I reached my room I sat on the bed and tried to process everything that has just happened. I heard my phone buzz and I looked at it. It was Cameron,along with 20 others that I didn't know I even got. I opened Cameron's first.

Cameron:Hey Margot I heard what happened and I wanted to see if you were okay. I know that you don't want to talk to me but text me if you need anything.

Margot: Your right but thanks anyway.

That was all I was planning on saying but then he texted me again.

Cameron: Check your porch (;

Margot: Cameronnn??

Cameron: Please?(:

I walked slowly downstairs and saw my parents sitting on the sofa. I opened the door and there he was. Standing there with a basket.
