JJ's POV
"Kid get your bag, let's go." I yelled. We were running late and needed to go.

"Yeah yeah I'm coming." Franklin yelled back. I threw him a poptart and he ran out the door. "Em, so the game is in an hour, I'm grabbing Elle and Lizzie and will meet you there."

"Okay but after we are letting him hang with friends and coming back home. Alone." She said pulling me over.

"I think that sounds really nice." I said wrapping my arms around her. I only got one kiss on before Franklin honked the horn.

My forehead fell on her shoulder and she groaned. "You taught him that." I said. "He could have driven there himself. He is 16." I gave up and walked out the door. "Can you two make out another day?"

I rolled my eyes and started driving. I got to the soccer field and he jumped out to join his team. "Ok you have people coming so don't suck. I love you." I yelled at him.

He flipped me off and I did it right back. "I love you." He yelled before running to his friends. I was running late so I sped to Elle and Spencer's.

"Damn Jareau. You drive like a crazy person." Elle said when I pulled up. "Yeah, well, the game is soon. Let's go." I helped Lizzie into the car and we waited for Elle.

"So what did you do today?" I asked. She thought bout it for a little bit and started smiling. "Well I went with dad the library and I got a book on crystals."

"Like healing crystals?" I asked. "Yeah. I read about them in school once and I want to learn more about them." She smiled.

"Penelope showed me everything I know about crystals. She knows all the best shops." Penelope always brought me things when she went crystal shopping.

When we had a case, she usually took Lizzie too. When I picked up Franklin, I grabbed Lizzie too and brought them to breakfast. I was really close with her and Elle.

Elle ran out and jumped in the passenger seat. "So is this like a game we can cheer at or do the soccer moms yell at you?" She asked.

"It's just a high school soccer game. You can cheer all you want." I replied. I drove back to the field and grabbed out the blanket and chairs.

I found Emily and set up lawn chairs. She brought the snacks and Cheetos. The game started and I sat by Lizzie on the blanket.

"So is there a point to this or do they just run around?" She asked. The game had started and nobody had scored.

"So the team tries to kick the ball in the other teams goal." I pointed out Franklin and started cheering.

The game was going well until Franklin got tripped and shoved to the ground. I yelled at the referee and Emily jumped up.

He apparently didn't see it and took a timeout. The coaches ran over and started talking to the ref.

"He just got tripped. That's not allowed!" I yelled. The ref pulled a card and I sat back down. Emily went back to talking with Elle, her mouth was hanging open.

"So you are the crazy ass soccer moms. That makes sense coming from the varsity girls soccer captain." She nodded.

After the game, Franklin walked over and was embarrassed to be seen with us. "They do that a lot?" Elle asked him. "They are insane. The coach once threatened to ban them from coming."

We all went for pizza after the game and Spencer came to pick up Elle and Lizzie. I let Franklin drive to his friends house and I drove home with Emily.

"This is the first time we have had a night alone in a long time." She said as soon as the front door closed. "Well we have a lot to catch up on." I poured red wine and passed her a glass.

"I am going to take a shower if anyone wanted to join." I said. Emily jumped up and we ran to the bathroom.

We left our wine glasses on the counter and took a nice, hot shower. I practically held onto her for dear life as we made out. She carried me from the shower to the bed and I threw the pillows off.

I pulled her closer and we couldn't stop. I laid on top of her and we caught our breath. "I've missed you." She said, kissing the top of my head. "Me too."

"What about a nice bath? And wine." She offered. I almost ran to the bathroom and started one. We still had the wine glasses on the counter.

I put my hair up and followed her in the bath. "This is weird and cliche." Emily said. "Shut up you love it." I said splashing her.

Mistake, I didn't realize the shower faucet was behind me. I thought she was leaning over for a kiss but she turned it on.

Not much though, just enough to get on me, not her. "I hate you." I said. "You love me."
