It was dark. Very dark. Not just the room. What she was feeling was darker than the darkness of the room.

She was still sitting in the same room, in the same state as she was before. All the brightness she held within herself started to fade and got replaced by extreme darkness.

The knocks that were of concern on the door failed to move her. Everyone in the house was stressed of the situation. Jimin told both Mr. and Mrs. Song all about what happened. Devastation and helplessness were filled in the air at Song's home.

Jimin left the house because he was traumatized. He had no idea what to make of the situation and his feelings. He wanted to be with his friend but couldn't. He wanted to be with his girlfriend but couldn't. How to behave in this mess? Everything just seemed to be falling apart.

Here at Song's house, the atmosphere was very heavy. Both tried to call Aami but all the efforts were into vain. She wasn't responding and there was no sound coming from inside of the room.

They were worried. What if she has done something to herself? This tension was killing both of them.

It was at night 2 AM when Aami's mom was sitting on the couch downstairs. Mr. Song gave her a glass of water and for the last time went to Aami's room with another glass of water. He called but received no answer.

"Aami, dear. Please answer. Tell me if you are in there? Ha? I won't disturb you again. Please." He whined.

He lost the hope and decided to turn but a paper slid from inside of the room. He felt relief across his heart and sighed. He quickly bent and took the paper. What he read made his eyes fill with tears and anger. But more than all the feelings, the hopelessness was the emotion which was killing him inside.

"My body filled with dirt

I washed myself thousand times

It still smells like that filthy touch

I want to scream and let them hear my cries."

"Aami. Baby, listen. It wasn't your mistake. Don't let any thought get into your head. Please. I will do everything to make him receive huge punishment. You are my perfect and strong girl. Baby, please come out." He cried. He knew she won't come out so he left.

Next day came painfully slow but it still did. Aami didn't eat anything. She didn't even move from the place. Her mind was blank and she stared at nothing but had her eyes open. As the sun rays fell into her room, it expected her smile. To its disappointment, Aami didn't even acknowledge the sun rays by her eyes.

Outside, one by one, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jin, and Taehyung visited Aami's house but they didn't get to call Aami. Each of them decided not to bother her and wait for her to come out and talk. They eventually left the house.

The complete group skipped the school. Jimin came by in the afternoon and stayed for an hour sitting outside the door but didn't make any noise. He just wanted to feel the presence of Aami.

It was in the evening when suddenly Aami stood-up and went inside the washroom. She cleaned herself more than ten times and stepped out. She wore a grey T-shirt and a black jeans showing her inner feelings. The dark circles under her eyes matched her clothes.

She dressed-up in order to go out but as she looked outside the window, her eyes filled with tears and her body fell on the bed. The room was filled with sounds of her sobs. After sometime, the whole house filled with the screams and cries.

Listening to the agony of their daughter broke their heart into millions of pieces. They were the most useless and helpless parent in the entire world.

They heard their house's bell ring in the middle of the screams.

It was Tae.

Tae demanded to let him go upstairs. They agreed and he took a plate of fruits and a glass of water with him.

Taehyung knocked the door slightly and received no answer.

"Aami-ah. It is me, Taehyung. I-I am being pathetic and heartless but I am feeling as if I got someone to whom I can share my emotions." He had tears and guilt in his eyes. The screams were still audible. "I-I am S-sorry, Aami. But do you remember when you said you don't know how to react if it were you in my place?" He closed his eyes for what he was about to say next. "I want to talk about it to you. It was you who made me feel better after that day so I want to be helpful to you. You don't need to talk. Just let me be by your side." He waited for an answer. When he didn't get any, he started to say a string of 'pleases'. "I want my heart to meet someone who feels the same, Aami. It is still in the pain." The screams stopped and were replaced by sobs from the both the sides.

Tae heard rustling sounds from inside and then a click of the door. He didn't take much time outside and quickly closed the door behind him. He placed the plate and glass on the table and saw Aami staring at the floor, standing beside the bed.

He approached her and slowly wrapped his arms around her. Aami closed her eyes and big lines of tears fell from her eyes. She hugged him back.

How much funny, devasted, pathetic, and sad it may look, it still made both of them experience an unexplainable emotion.

They sat on the bad facing each other with non-stop crying. After sometime, Tae convinced Aami to eat some fruits and drink water.

"I still remember that day sometimes and can't sleep. I force myself to stop the train of memory. I cried every night. It was very painful and trust me it is still painful but.." he looked at Aami who raised her head. "But I thought this; why should I remember that day and cry when he is the one to cry. It was not my fault that he tried to do that. It was him who committed a crime. I know it is hard but we should try to look at it as the dirt which is cleaned just after first wash. No matter how harsh and wrong I sound it is the truth. We brought them to justice and we should live with our heads up.

"There will be people who will try to pity us, mock us, and look at us with disgust but remember they are doing the wrong thing. We were never wrong! DO THE HELL WITH PEOPLE. We deserve normalness and respect. The person who did this, is already going through correct punishment.

People tend to blame themselves, look down on themselves, and doubt their purity but AAMI YOU ARE PURE. I AM PURE. We were never wrong and will never be wrong. It may look like this time will never pass but it will. It always did. All the bad things came to an end. Eventually, all the bad thoughts will come to an end too. Don't push people away. Lean on us. Let them lean on you." Tae smiled softly.

"I-I." Aami closed her eyes and then opened after breathing in. she sighed. "I will not push my friends away. I tried but could not come out. Yesterday was so hard on me, Tae. I am scared. What if Jimin was late? What if I didn't call him? I don't know."

"I think the same. What if Jin hyung didn't show up that day? What if Jin hyung was late? It's okay to think that way. But don't let it hover you. We are safe and good. Sometimes, we face those issues which cannot be avoidable. To be honest, maybe we will not be able to get over this feeling for our entire life but we can still try. Let's try, Aami."

Aami nodded and then looked at the clock. "It is 8 PM. I think you should go."

"Yes. Take care." Tae got up and before he opened the door, he turned and looked at Aami. "Let Jimin talk to you. He has gone through a lot. Jiminie just wants to give you the shoulder or maybe he wants your shoulder."

"I don't feel like I should show him my face." Her eyes again filled with tears.

"You both need each other. As I said earlier, it was not your fault and don't push him away. Bye." He left.

Aami stared at her table for a brief minute and suddenly sat on the table with a pen and paper, scribbling whatever came to her mind.

I will not push anyone away.
