Almost Summer?

So it's been a couple months since you and Kyle have become friends. You've been bonding non stop. Hanging out everyday, walking with each other at school every day. He made everything better. The bullying stopped. You were finally excited to go to school instead of miserable. He made you really happy.

Thank god it is now almost summer vacation. You two will be hanging out a lot more often. You were at his house now both talking about summer.

"Don't forget about that concert." Kyle stated. You instantly got very excited as you remembered when you two first became friends he had asked you to go to the All Time Low concert with him in May. You had forgot about it till now. "Oh yeah! Dude I'm so excited. It's in like a month!" You said wide eyed and smiling. "Ah I know! Im happy I invited you too. I mean...I really like you y/n. You're one of my closest friends." He looked into your eyes, then your lips as if he were signaling he'd wanted to kiss you. He quickly looked away and got very shy though. "Wow...that got deep.." You nudged him, laughing. Trying to make things a little less awkward. It worked as he laughed too and took another sip of his Peace Tea. "I have an idea.." Kyle said...getting off of the bed and to his closet. "What?" You asked wondering. He pulled out two penny boards from his closet and gave you a small purple one with green weals. He had the rainbow colored one. "Dewd we should go penny boarding!" He exclaimed. Penny boarding is a lot of fun. Especially with friends. You smiled and quickly nodded your head as you both ran out of his house and started riding. The weather was nice. It was now spring and almost summer. It was warm yet sort of chilly. Perfect for penny boarding. And the sun was out and shining on the two of you as you slid down the road. He rode closer to your board. He looked over at you and smirked. You did the same as he took your hand in his and you both rode for hours. It was really cute and a lot of fun. "You're a great skater y/n!" He looked surprised. "Learned from the best." You smirked, continuing to hold his hand.

What a perfect day.
