11 | Hell in a Cell

"Okay so what's worse? Me avoiding McIntyre for the whole week after we kissed or me having to introduce my parents to him when we haven't talked since then." Kira asked Asuka and Kairi who were with her in her hotel room. Currently they were waiting for her to finish packing her suitcase since they wanted to go with Charlotte and her to the arena all together.

"Probably the first option." Kairi said, "Agreed. You really need to find some excuse to tell him." Asuka added.

"But I can't lie to him! He's gonna know.." Kira said as she threw another piece of clothing into her suitcase. They all turned to her door where they heard someone knocked. Kira was going to open the door until Kairi pulled her back and Asuka got up to open the door. 

The girls looked at the door and watched Asuka's face turn into one of amusement before she opened the door wider. Kira hid behind Kairi and slightly poked her head around hers. They both saw Drew standing there. Kira just stared and hid more behind Kairi as she laughed. "Kira. Can we speak?" He asked her and she nodded very lightly. Kairi only left the room once Asuka dragged her out of the room.

Drew turned and now his full attention was on Kira as she just zipped up her suitcase, trying to avoid his eyes. "Why are ya avoiding me love?" Kira looked up at him before looking down and blushing hard.

"I- I was sick.." She whispered as Drew went to her and grabbed her hands to pull her up from sitting on the ground from packing her suitcase. "For a whole week?" He said.

"W-Well not exactly, I was just busy that's all." She said still trying to avoid his eyes. "You haven't left your room for a whole 6 days. Did I do something?" He asked now concerned.

"What? No! You did nothing wrong, I just was confused cause I didn't know what we are." Kira said and it took her a moment before she realized what she told him and facepalmed herself. She just told him the exact reason for her avoidance. "Wait did you call me love earlier?" She asked also realizing this. Her brain was going just a bit slower than usual.

"Well if it makes ya feel better than, would ya consider being my girlfriend?" He asked hopeful of her answer. Kira was at a loss of words at his question, 'why would he ask me now? Especially when we have titles to win tonight and he has to meet my parents.' she thought.

"How about this, If we win the match then I will be your girlfriend. If we lose though then you have to take me on a date and I get longer to decide." She said smiling at her attempt to make a deal. Either way they would win. He thought about it for a second before leaning in to give her a peck, "Deal." 

They both smiled at each other as they leaned in for another kiss until Charlotte came bursting into the room, yelling for Kira.

"Oh my bad.. I'm not interrupting anything.  Am I?" Charlotte asked.

"No you didn't." Kira said and Drew just kissed the side of her head and before he left, he whispered, "I'll see you tonight in the ring."

Kira smiled and watched as he left the room, "You both need to hurry up and get together. You guys literally act like a couple but aren't." Charlotte said which made them both laugh. 

"Come on let's head to the arena and get ready for tonight." Kira said and they both grabbed their suitcase leaving to the arena.

It was an hour into the start of the pay-per-view and the kickoff was starting. Kira was in a hallway on her phone while trying to give her parent's directions as to where she was. Drew was sitting with her on a box, holding her hand as she was now hanging up the phone.

"Are ya parents almost here?" He asked her as she now placed her head on his shoulder. "I think so?" She said but it basically sounded like a question so it made Drew laugh.
