Hydra's bitch

Liza opened the door to the apartment and placed her key on the table. The room was dark as usual, Liza wanted to open a window or something to let light in or some fresh air but bucky was too paranoid for that. It was usually so hot out too, it was finally summer. Liza was glad it started to get warmer out, she was sick of the cold. But no matter how hot it was bucky was still too paranoid to open a window to let in a breeze.

Liza looked up at the dark tall figure sitting on the couch. She didn't know if it was bucky or if it was someone from hydra. Liza had become pretty paranoid aswell. One of the many habits she's picked up while hiding from hydra.

"Buck?" She asked cautiously. The dark figure rose to his feet abruptly and stared at her. Now she was worried, she couldn't see who it was and it definitely wasn't bucky. No response was heard from the man. Then she figured out who it was. It wasn't bucky it was the winter soldier.

"Hello soldier" she greeted cooly, hiding the panic and anxiety she felt with ease. She stepped forward with her hands raised to show now harm. He didn't reply instead he grabbed his knife and raised it.

"I don't want to hurt you buck" Liza stated with a calm demener. "Who the hell is buck?" He asked generally confused to who's name he was being called. "That would be you, that's one of your nicknames. You go by bucky but I call you buck" she informed the winter soldier.

"I don't remember that" he tilted his head slightly his eyebrows furrowed with confusion. "That's alright. I'll help you remember" Liza stepped closer towards him. She was only trying to help him but she got to close to the soldier and in seconds had a knife against her throat.

"I don't know you" he spoke coldy pushing the blade harder against her skin. "My name is Liza. I'm your friend" she lifted her head higher so the knife wouldn't be right against her neck. "My friend?"

"Yes your friend" liza assured. She moved her hand off of the soldier's wrist and held it out. He placed the knife in her hand and let his arm drop to his side. She then placed the knife on the table, it was still in the soldier's reach but she trusted him enough to leave it there. Liza picked up his hand slowly so he wouldn't get scared and try to slit her throat. She did everything slowly because she knew in this state quick movements weren't a great idea to do on her part.

He trusted liza and let her take his hand. Liza turned his hand so his palm was on her's. Then she drew random shapes on the back of his hand like she would do after a nightmare in their cells.

He remembered instantly that she was a friend to him and a wave of realization washed over him like a sunami. "Remember that?" Liza asked, continuing to draw patterns on his hand. She looked up from their hands and watched his reaction to look for any clues to what he was thinking. "Yeah" he realized who Liza was or a memory of who she was.

"You helped me with my nightmares. You would do that to calm me down" Liza nodded her head and smiled. "You helped me too" Liza added. "I did?" Liza nodded her head at the very confused soldier.

Liza turned around quickly at the explosion knocking their door down. The air was filled with dirt and dust from the explosion. A man Liza recognized to be Captain America walked into bucky's and liza's apartment.

She knew he didn't want to hurt bucky. Bucky and her learned that they were bestfriends before the whole winter soldier mess. She knew Steve wouldn't hurt him but she was still on edge.

The winter soldier grabbed Liza by the waist and pulled her so she was standing behind him. He was shielding her from the potential threat that just burst through the door. She could handle her own but he didn't really remember that she was also a trained assasin.
