>>>>>>>Atobe's POV>>>>>>>

[Oct 1, 11:18 am...]

"That's what I heard."

In the lodge, my fellow middle schoolers were minding their own business when I come in telling the news.

"Wow, so her birthday's on Halloween."

"I bet she gets a ton of candy and sweets!"

"I can't believe that we're having a party! I'm so excited!"

"So the camp allows us to celebrate traditions."

"The coaches have already ordered supplies days ago. Concerning decorations and costumes, they want to encourage members to make them if there aren't any left to spare."

"Hey, are you gonna order your costume or make it?"

"I'm bad with sewing so..."

"Let's do jack-o-lanterns."

"Do we even have pumpkins?"

"I wanna eat candy till I explode!"

"Too bad, Atobe."

I turn to Oshitari.

"There's someone else that has a more extravagant birthday than yours."

"I could say the same for you."

"Seems I'm not the only one who's born this month."

"Et tu, Yagyuu?"

"Hey, we should tell Alivia-san to celebrate your birthdays with hers."

"While that would be fun, Otori, let's not mention this."

"Eh?"

"Ah, everyone shush," Momoshiro whispers, "Alivia-san's coming this way."

In no time, we see the lovely chef waltzing by.

"Good afternoon, Alivia-san."

"Oh, good afternoon everyone. You guys having a meeting or something?"

"Nee-chan!"

Kintaro runs up to her.

"I heard the big news! You're so lucky your birthday's on Halloween!"

"O-Oi, Kin-chan!"

"It's okay, Shiraishi-kun. I wasn't hiding it or anything. But yes, Kintaro-kun, I am pretty lucky."

"Hey, Alivia-san..."

"Yes, Kikumaru-kun?"

"Did you know that your birthday isn't the only—"

"Isn't the only occasion," I interfere, "that we'll be looking forward to celebrating. Ore-sama is excited to see what sort of cuisine you will have in store for us."

"Oh...well, thank you, Keigo-kun. I'll do my best."

"Does this mean you'll make Halloween treats?"
