Just- just look at her face like holy- HOLY JEEZUS! *sigh* Lets get to the chapter, shall we?
---------
What exactly do you say to a guy who warned you about bullshit the night before? 'Hey, so I put your little warning into thought and I think you're super screwed up.' Eh.
Sounds about right.
I stepped out of the shower and put on my sweatpants with a big shirt. I only put on some mascara and put my hair in a side braid. I walked out of the steamy bathroom to see Damon reading on his bed.
He glances up at me and huffs. I roll my eyes and walk towards him. "What you said last night was bullshit and I'm fine," really, Raven? Really?
That's the best you've got?
He glared at me before setting the book down and standing up and looking down at me with death written on his face. "You're 'fine', huh?" I hesitate before nodding and his eyes narrow.
He starts to walk towards me, making me walk backwards. This continues until I'm against the wall and he's towering over me. "You're scared of me. So you're not fine. Plus," he grabbed my wrist firmly before pushing up my sleeve to reveal the scars from high-school. "You were never 'fine'." He let go and walked out of the room, leaving me speechless.
Bipolar much?
I walk to my bed and sit whilst grabbing my laptop. I open it up and start up my Netflix. What?
It's an addiction.
**
A few hours pass and I hear the door open. I look up to see Damon and I just look back at my screen. I hear him sigh frustratingly before stomping to the bathroom and slamming the door. I go back to watching the Disney movie Hercules.
I know every single word of this movie. Song or spoken. I watched it way to much as a child. Thanks, Grandma.
After a few minutes of running water, a wet and very naked Damon walks out of the bathroom. "Ew! Put on some pants!" I shrieked and hide my eyes. I end up accidentally falling off the bed with an 'Oomph', making him laugh.
I peek over the bed and Damon's back is to me. I'm not looking at his butt, for I can't see that low. What I am looking at is something even better. His tattoos on his back.
He has a name with boxing gloves on his shoulder and song lyrics to 'You Are My Sunshine.' I look in awe and he turns around and catches me staring. I was un-phased. As I get a great look at his collage of tattoos on his chest and down one arm.
Why hadn't I noticed it before?
I think I feel my mouth start to drool. His phone rings as he pulls on some shorts. He answers it and I sit back on my bed. "Hey."
Mumbling.
"I just got out of the shower, what about you?"
Mumbling.
"Cool and sure. What time?"
More mumbling.
"Okay, I'll be there. Love you, Delia." Delia? "Please don't be jealous because my roommate being a girl. I won't fall for her."
Ouch. I glared at him as the mumbling continued on the other end.
"See ya'."
My glare becomes stern and he looks at me with confusion. "Really? 'Never going to fall for her.' What's that supposed to mean?" I throw my hands up and he glares.
