The sun was beginning to rise when the crew saw the trees stretching farther and farther apart to show that they were getting closer to exiting the forest. The birds were beginning to sing and they could once again feel the ocean smell lingering in the air. It was only getting stronger with each step they moved forward. Ant, who had been travelling with no rest for hours before, was now resting in Ranboo’s hands. The tall hybrid was moving swiftly and even though he seemed as if his mind wasn’t in that exact moment he still wasn’t tripping or even crashing.

They were all pretty tired but the idea that they were almost done kept them going and even made some of them move faster so they could find the town sooner and rest. They kept moving before the trees finally stopped for the most part and in the near distance they could see the town. It seemed to be only a 10 to 15 minute walk from where they were so they all slowed down to a walking pace and Antfrost hopped off Ranboo’s arms and shifted back to his human form, which wasn’t very human since he could never fully get rid of his ears and tail.

Puffy turned to look at Ant with confusion lingering in her mind. “Howcome you were over there?” Ant turned immediately and his feline-like eyes stared deep into Puffy’s.

“I was picking up a gift for Velvet, but when I was beginning to head out some people saw me and started chasing me. I’m just trying to make it back home now,” Ant seemed as if he didn’t know much other than that, so Foolish took the liberty of explaining what was going on to him.

“Ant, George has put a bounty on us and we think he wants revenge for leaving him back then. We had suspicions that the bounty was on everyone that was once in the crew and I think it’s safe to say that we were correct now, that’s why we’re trying to find everyone. Because we’ve always been stronger when we’re together,”  Foolish explained while his foot kicked some rocks out of his way, they ended up going to where Ranboo was and causing him to trip. “Sorry.”

Ant turned to help Ranboo up but held onto his hand for a little too long, he was in thought. He let go only to turn to the others. “Who is this guy anyway? I don’t remember him.”

Ranboo’s face turned red but he spoke up regardless. “My name is Ranboo, I’m not part of your crew but they let me tag along because…” he didn’t actually know how to explain why without sounding like a kid. Hannah realized this and spoke up.

“Because he’s an enderman hybrid and could be useful!” She seemed flustered and that caused Antfrost to turn back to Ranboo and examine his appearance with a raised eyebrow. Ranboo tried to ignore the gaze.

“Are you sure he’s a hybrid? He seems more like a tribrid to me,” Ant finally removed his gaze and turned back to the others.

“Well, yeah but hybrid just rolls off the tongue better and you know how tribrids are hunted down sometimes, it’d probably be safer to continue referring to him as hybrid instead,” Hannah explained. This was true, tribrids were often hunted for their magical abilities and forced to work for other people using their abilities.

“I see… that makes sense,” ant turned back to Ranboo with a smile on his face. “Well it’s nice to meet you Ranboo, you’re a cool enderman hybrid! I think Velvet would quite enjoy your presence…”

    “Ant,” Puffy started speaking.

    “Yeah Puffy?”

“Who is this ‘Velvet’ person anyways?” She asked with a confused look on her face, Antfrost turned to look at her with disbelief at first but when he saw she was serious he broke out laughing.
