"It's been a week, she must be coming home soon, right?" Cassandra spoke to Y/n whilst playing the piano. They were alone in the front living room, and they were both missing Alcina, who was off on a very important meeting with Mother Miranda.
"Yeah, she said she'd be back today..." Y/n replied. She looked at the piano calmly, but was startled when Bela and Daniela appeared behind her. They seemed bored, and were starting to annoy Cassandra just for fun. Y/n sat and watched, but soon got distracted by her thoughts. 'Is Alcina ok?' Y/n thought, looking at the front door...
"Hey, Y/n, we're going to the ballroom. Wanna join us?" Bela smiled. Y/n agreed, and she walked over to the ballroom with the sisters.
A few hours passed, and the four of them were sitting on the ballroom floor, talking about what the outside world is like. The sisters hadn't been out to the village before, and Y/n was telling them stories the villagers used to tell her. But they were interrupted by the front door opening. In no time, all of them had rushed to the entrance. And, to everyone's excitement, Alcina was stood by the door. She greeted Y/n and the sisters happily, but Y/n knew that something was wrong. Alcina wasn't acting like herself, and she had a scar on her cheek that wasn't there before.
"I hope you girls don't mind, but I have to talk with Y/n..." Alcina spoke. The sisters disappeared back to the ballroom, and Y/n and Alcina sat on the couch. Y/n knew that something was definitely wrong now...
"Alcina, are you ok?..." Y/n questioned, starting to get worried.
"I don't think so, n-no..."
