The grass I was laying on was dewy. The sun was warm on my face.

"Oh, come on!"  I exclaimed, sitting up.

"Lady, are you alright?" A man called.

"Yes, sir, I'm fine. Actually, could you tell me where I am?" I asked.

He looked at me cautiously.

"New York City..." He replied.

"I'm on Earth!" I realized, smiling.

I walked up and shook the man's hand.

"Thank you, kind sir," I thanked.

I walked towards the pavement and looked towards the sky.

"Why did you send me to Earth, Mom?" I asked.

I waved my hand, creating an astral projection.

"I want you to tell your father of your wedding," She replied.

"I told him no!" I yelled.

"I know you did. He has, thankfully, kept his offer standing," She sighed.

"Good thing I'm not going to say yes," I hissed.

She smiled and I felt cool metal appear on my ring finger.

"You know you can't make me fall in love with him,"

"No, but I can make everyone you love hate you," She smiled.

"I am not marrying Loki!" I screamed.

I waved my hand and she was gone.

"Fuck you!" I muttered, throwing the Asgardian diamond at the ground.

My mother may have been the Goddess of Love, but I was the only one she couldn't put under her spell.  I was the Goddess of the Moon. I grew up in Asgard with my best friends, Thor and Loki. Thor began working on Earth when I was 5. Then, the Blip happened and I stayed. I had been promised to Loki since I was 14. Now I was 16 and marrying a 1,054-year-old god.

"Tony Stark," Mom whispered into my ear.

"No way!" I yelled.

I swatted the air and continued my walk.

"Excuse me, ma'am. I'm going to need you to come with me," A man shouted through a megaphone.

"Sorry, who are you?" I asked, calmly.

"I'm Nicholas J. Fury, director of S.H.I.E.L.D," He answered.

"S.H.I.E.L.D... that's a strange name," I laughed.

"Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division," He explained.

"You really wanted that to spell out shield?"

"Yes, ma'am,"

I walked forward and had guns pointed at me.

"All I do are resurrections and healing. No need for that," I sighed, waving two fingers in the air.

Pink magic swiped the guns out of their hands.

"That doesn't appear to be healing or resurrection," Nicholas noticed.

"Hmm. I suppose you're right. Well, I really just want to get off of your planet. So, if you'll let me, I think it's best for me to go,"

I noticed a dart in my arm. I felt a wave of cool rush over me, and I passed out.

"20 bucks on HYDRA," A man betted.

"Why would she be in the US?" A different man asked.

I was in a glass container. I saw two men, one of them being Nicholas Fury.
