"you've never been in love so you wouldn't know" i screamed in his face, mascara running down mine.
"you're right, i haven't." he said calmly, staring into my eyes.

new york made me want to drop all my dream plans and move here. i loved the energy. i loved the people. i loved the scenery. what i did not love was all the creepy men, lurking in the shadows, eyeing me while licking their lips. it was absolutely disgusting.
i sighed getting out of bed, walking towards the bathroom i stopped at the window. taking in the view, tears stated to roll down my cheeks. i wiped them away, cursing myself for being so emotional.
after my shower, i got read and walked down to the lobby. i knew my mom would be here any minute.
"baby logan oh my god." my mother yelled, storming towards me almost knocking me over with an hug.
"i missed you so much and have loads to tell you about la." i smiled at her.
she took my hand so i could show her our room. "this is absolutely gorgeous. i knew i raised my daughter right". she laughed.
i smiled, my cheeks starting to hurt but i couldn't stop. my mom was finally here.
"so sweetheart, i heard from a little birdie that you had a crush over in la."
i frowned. "yeah i did. it didn't workout." i shrugged , looking away.
she furrowed her eyebrows. "what happened?"
"for starters, aria told him about jackson. well not what happened but said i had a boyfriend and it made vinnie all psychotic . i don't know why she would do that."
"you know honey, some girls feed off of other girls being insecure. then that makes them feel more confident, when i reality they're just scared little girls."
i nodded. "her out of all people. it blows my mind."
my mom took my hand in hers. i knew she was trying to be supportive but not mean. she was never the biggest fan of aria. she loved corey and harper though.
"anyways, this boy?" she wiggled her eyebrows.
i let out a laugh. "he asked me in a date and i started to get second thoughts and flashbacks of jackson so i called it off while we were in the car. he ended up going out with aria and her friend mads that night. that hurt a lot. i needed to get away."
"do you like him?" she asked.
"more than i should or ever wanted to."
