vinnie's pov

it was stupid to hurt her. i didn't mean to.

"yo vin, are you coming skating?" a sudden voice broke me from my trance. i looked up to see kio.

"no, not today." i stared blankly at the wall as i said it.

kio stepped forward into my room. he just stared at me without saying a word.

"look i'm just not feeling up to it." i said, making eye contact. kio nodded but took a seat next to me on my bed.

"dude listen, we know it's been hard but there's other girls. come skating, it'll be a distraction." he almost made it sound impossible to pass up.

i sighed, looking over at him. everything fucking reminds me of her. "nah bro, i'm good" i declined the offer, just wanted to be alone.

he nodded his left and walked out of my room. so much has happened, i don't know if she'll forgive me at this point. i could try to text her? no don't be dumb.

i wonder what she had been up to in New York. did she miss me? did she find someone else? there was loads of questions flooding my mind. i should've been more careful, maybe we should've waited before jumping into dating.

i was wrapped in my own thoughts when aria walked through the door. "hey v" she smiled as she sat on my bed.

"hey." i nodded, not making eye contact.

she furrowed her eyebrows. "what's wrong? are you okay?" she asked, sounding concerned.

  "yeah. i've just been thinking."

"about what?" she asked. she was always so noisy.

"nothing aria." i barked, not wanting to get into this topic with her.

"this is about logan isn't it?" she scoffed. "she made that whole sob story up about jackson. he did die but due to a car accident not suicide."

  "aria just leave."

"no. you need to realize what kind of girl she really is."

"just get the fuck out goddamn." i yelled, getting a fire by the second.

she huffed and stomped out, feeling sorry for herself.

was logan lying? or was aria?
