Zac officially asked me to be his girlfriend a month ago from today. May 17th. Obviously, that marks today as June 17th.

Zac claims he has something planned for today, but I still remain completely obvious. This frustrates me to no end since I abhor surprises.

"Mee?"

"Hmm?" I respond, glancing up from where I have my head laid on Zac's chest to meet his brown eyes.

"What do you want to do today?" He asks softly, running his fingers through my hair and gently massaging my scalp. If he keeps this up, I'll be snoring lightly on his chest within the next five minutes.

"I thought you had something planned," I respond, furrowing my brows in confusion.

"I lied." He smiles sheepishly.

I roll my eyes. "Of course you did."

He sits up straighter so he can meet my eyes without straining his head downwards. This forces me to adjust my position so I'm laying my head on his stomach. His arm is circled around my back, his hand rubbing softly up and down. His removes his right hand from my hair to briefly check his phone. I just lay there and observe him curiously.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He asks playfully.

"Nothinggg," I sing, a small smirk twitching the corners of my lips upwards.

When Zac takes note of my expression, his chocolate eyes sparkle with mischief. Then without warning, his fingers are digging into my sides as he tickles me. I giggle and squirm underneath his hold, but his impeccable strength leaves me helpless. I stutter out my protests between gasps and Zac's mischievous smile brightens.

"S-stop it Za-ac," I scream and finally, the torture ends. He hovers over me grinning like he won a prize as I glare up at him while trying to catch my breath. His grin turns soft and he brushes one of my frizzy strands of hair from my face behind my ear.

"Sooo..." he trails off, plopping down next to me on the bed. "Any ideas on where to go?"

I turn my head, still glaring. "You know I'm the most indecisive person on the planet. IT's your job to choose."

"Anytime I choose something, you always make up some excuse about why you hate it and why we shouldn't eat there," Zac points out with an eye roll.

"When you suggest said places, you remind me of their flaws," I respond indignantly.

Zac chuckles. "Whatever, Mee. Do you want to eat out or in?"
