Chapter 2: Eye Candy of BTS college

                      You live off-campus in a house with your roommate. As TaeTae walks you home he says, "You like that guy, don't you? ;) " "No wait, Who?" "NamJoon of course" "I like both of them, they're very sweet people" "Fine, let me rephrase that "Tu Aimes NamJoon" he says as he raises an eyebrow. "Whattt? Noo, Why do you say that?"  "Just the tender way y’all stare at each other" "I was NOT staring at him, wait was he looking at me?" "Yeah, the whole time, if you were not soo in love with him, I would have hit him for looking at you like that." "I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH HIM" "Not Not No... Not at all" said Tae sarcastically. Y'all reach your place and you try to not act flustered and say, "TaeTae would you like to come in, and perhaps study with me for a while?" "Sure..." As you enter, Ruby greets you, "TaeTae" she screams several times. "Hii Ruby, good to see you too," replies TaeTae.
                      You Taeke a quick shower while TaeTae waits in the living room. As you put your clothes for wash, you can still smell the French cologne from TaeTae's hug on your blazer. You think back to when he said, "I'm proud of you!" You then also recollect what he said about Namjoon and you... (YOU'RE SOO IN LOVE WITH HIM echoes everywhere) 
                     You tie your hair in a neat ponytail, put on a black t-shirt with a lovely denim skirt and greet TaeTae in the drawing room. He left his sketchpad on your coffee table the other day, he’s drawing something. You lean in closer to Make Out :O
what he’s sketching: a figure, who's wearing an elaborate off-white shirt with a rich beige coat that appears to be suede and matching thick suede boots. TaeTae's studying Fashion design, and boy does he excel at it. You taeke all your economics textbook issued by LSE and get to work. TaeTae and you always study together, he's the brother you never had.
                      You hear the door open and Ruby begins to catcall, in walks your roommate Jin. Jin cuddles Ruby and she coos. Jin smiles at you and Ruby starts to catcall once again. Jin turns to Ruby, "Hey, I know I'm Worldwide Handsome"
                      "My handsomeness is staining my life," he says to you as Ruby won't stop catcalling. Tae laughed, to which Jin replied, "Youth is the most beautiful time right, So I'm the most beautiful right now, besides I can't help the fact that birds and chicks dig me."  Grinning, he goes to his bedroom to taeke a shower. Ruby has stopped catcalling, and you can finally focus on the heap of books in front of you.
                      After a little while Jin (nam)joins you. He brings his books and y'all study together. Jin's a Poli Sci major, he's got the charisma and "modesty" that every politician requires. He's doing a Master's in Political Sciences at the London School of Economics.
                      You’ve been studying for hour together have miss your five o’ clock run. "There is more to life than studying" says Tae biting his nails. He’s hungry so Jin makes supper.
                      Jin's an excellent chef and prepares a rather sumptuous meal- Korean spicy cold noodles. "It's amazing right, I should make a vlog, Jin's Cooking Diary " "Why are you always talking about food?" remarks TaeTae. "Because I like eating." TaeTae steals Jin's food and then playfully asks, "Is eating the only thing you like?" "I like you as well," says Jin shyly. TaeTae puts a finger seductively on Jin's lips and whispers, "Not Not NoW." You laugh at their adorable banter.
                      Hours go by at the dining taeble. It's almost 10 "Ten" o' clock now and y'all have been studying with commendable dedication. You feel a wave of drowsiness and fall asleep at the Taeble.
                      You awaken in the morning, as the gentle Rays of Sun grace your forehead. You look around, you're in your bedroom, under a warm, cosy blanket with Roundy next to you. Jin must have carried you in his Strong Arms and tucked you in. He's like the cool elder brother you never knew you needed. You head to Jin's room to find him and TaeTae snuggled up together, fast asleep... You then head to gym to workout.
                      After a great training session, you are back home and you Taeke a shower. You wear a smart feminine shirt with a fabulous black tie. Jin's prepared lunches for all 3 of you. TaeTae's had a bath in Jin's loo and has snatched one of his shirts, again...
                      Y'all make small talk and head off to uni. TaeTae's uni the London College of Fashion is just half hour away from yours. He's hugs you and says, "Adieu."
                      Jinnie and you walk up the street and enter the massive gates of The London School of Economics and Political Science.
First up, you have a few hours of economics lectures, after which you walk to the locker room and Taeke out your ripstick. You attended scheduled office hours with your professor of business administration, Dr Jay Park and then ripsticked to the library.  You manage to find Jin and your study buddies in the enormous library. Your study buddies include:
😉Taecyeon who’s doing a degree in International Development 😉Kwon Ji-Yong, who you’ve fondly nicknamed G-Dragon, he’s studying for a master’s degree in Content & Retail Distribution 😉Kang Young-Hyun (Jin calls him Young K) and he’s studying Business Administration. Together y’all study for hours on end until Jin says, “I’m starving, I need food to maintain my handsome physique.” The five of you head over to Lincoln’s Inn fields which is between the economics department and the rest of LSE. It’s one of the largest green spaces in Westminster, London. There y’all enjoy lunch together and chat about music (your passion) and fashion. “I want to express myself through the music that I make, but I need to find the right opportunity…” says G-Dragon. “You are very talented and fashionable, I’m sure you will able to find the right band in this expansive city, just give it time.” “Alright” he says with a warm smile. Y’all spend the rest of the day in the library…
4th of Joonie 2010, Friday :
              The Royal Mail delivers a fancy letter with a red seal. It reads “After your heart-warming rendition of Amelie, V are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted into The Gifted Young Musicians and Artists Programme at the London College of Music. Please find an enclosed list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on Joonie 9th 2010. We await your arrival. We look forward to having you at our college…” You Jump with joy,  throwing your hands up and screaming. You tell TaeTae and Jinnie as well. They have always believed in you and are elated.

7th of Joonie, Monday :
              Jin drives you to The Royal London College of Music, the most impressive edifice, with grand halls and grand pianos :) You pass beautiful rooms (like those in Blood, Sweat and Tears) filled with glorious chandlers, huge stone columns, Greek sculptures and variety of classical instruments. You make your way to Class No 1-3, no one’s there yet. You see a Brown Steinway Grand, you can’t resist it anyway, you can’t even escape anymore. You hear a faint organ playing, Spellbound by the sweet air, you play an invigorating upbeat melody in C major (CCGFG CCCGFGF… Blood, Sweat & Tears.) You taeke in the beauty of the chamber and feel as though you are levitaeting… You see Yoongi cycle in through the *Reflection* on the piano and you stop. “Did he really just cycle in!” you accidentally said aloud. He taps you on the back of your head as says, “It’ll be A Secret Just Between The Two of Us.” You laugh and he says “You are too sweet, too sweet. I want it more and more, don’t stop playing.” He taekes a seat at the piano, right next 2U, **he smells fresh, like a fresh fruit… He seems like the type of person who would smell like his soap (author’s note: verbatim account). “How long have been composing this, it must have taeken your Blood, Sweat & Tears…” “Well, I just came up with it” you said blushing. He stares at you in awe, he’s just inches away and you can’t come to your senses, you feel as if your face would explode… Y’all hear the organ play in the background once again and his playful smile eases the ‘Ten’sion. “Taeke it all away,” he says gesturing 2U to play. You continue the song, improvising as you go. He (Nam)joins you harmoniously, it’s like a musical feast which white robed angels attend. As two of you continue to play it feels like you’re diving into the paintings On the walls. He too feels this… As your duet with Yoongi ends the class starts to gather. In walks the teacher, “I heard your music in the hall fabulous.”
              He introduces himself to the class, “Hi! I’m Lang Lang and I’ll be your professor, When I perform, I simply follow the music, and my heart; everything comes from me in a very natural way- it’s not a show; and I believe in this way, it also touches the hearts of those in the audience. This is what I advocate and I attempt to impart this to you wonderful students.” He turns to Yoongi and you, “These students are a shining example of what I just stated, they played Passionately and touched our hearts…” The class applauds.
              Later, each member of the class introduces themselves… “Hello, my name is Cha Eun Woo. Nice to meet you. I'm a singer, pianist, broadcaster, actor and model. I'm majoring in the Performing Arts. I’m here in this Programme because it is very famous in Korea and I didn't want to miss out. I hope everyone enjoys my company as well.” The next man bows and says, “Hi everyone, I'm Chanyeol. I'm a rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, actor, model and I also play the guitar, bass, piano, and drums! No matter how difficult something is, I will always be positive and smile like an idiot” everybody laughs at how adorable he is. “Heyy, I am Dayhun. I'm a singer, rapper and pianist. I also post covers on YouTube. I believe that physical health and mental health are the most important things that members should take care of. I try to drink a lot of water and sleep well. My whole style mantra is that outfits should be comfortable and I like the comedy show Running Man.” “Hey, what's up I'm your boy BB BamBam. I'm a rapper, songwriter, pianist and singer. I believe in never giving up and always having fun.”
              This is The Pianists’ Department from the Gifted Youngsters Programme. Later, you watch the other departments practice, there’s a band called Seventeen and another group of cool chicks called Blackpink, NCT’s full of talented musicians particularly one boy Mark. He’s a guitarist. He walks up to you, winks and says “My name is Mark. You can mark me in your heart.” There’s also ATEEZ and The Boyz! “These bands are wonderful maybe I’ll find one for G-Dragon here” you thought to yourself.
              After classes, Jin arrives to pick you up. He’s captivated by this picturesque setting. You see Jin intently gazing at one painting in particular, The Fall of the Rebel Angels by Bruegel. When you’re staring at Jin, someone bumps into you, it’s Namjoon with a book in hand, he’s here to pick up Yoongi. “Hi Meghna” “Hey Namjoon”
              Lang Lang pulls Suga and you aside to say, “Your duet this morning was very moving, as were your auditions ;) I expect great things from the two of you.” You then turn to see Jin and Namjoon conversing, seems like they’ve really hit it off.
9th of Joonie (author’s note: Army Day;) :
              Jin here once again picking you up from the Royal College of Music. He sees Namjoon and invites him home, Yoongi hears about the piano you dismantled and brought along to uni and he wants to come too…
              You’re riding with your hair undone in the backseat of Jin’s car. He’s got a one-hand feel on the steering wheel, the other boy (Namjoon) in front stole your heart. Yoongi looks around and wants the radio down. You say, “Yoongi, is something wrong?” He says, “Nothing, I was just thinking about Our Song.” He grabs a pen and an old napkin.  And V write down Our Song. You remember Yoongi’s remark from the other day and y’all decide to call it Blood, Sweat & Tears. You reach home and taeke Ruby out of her cage to feed her, she greets your guests. She coos and kisses Yoongi who reciprocates and then catcalls Namjoon while still in your arms. It feels like the longest catcall ever and Namjoon blushes profusely.
              Embarrassed you RUN to the piano room, where Suga is practicing Chopin on your piano, he’s very focussed, you just cannot disturb him. You go back to the parlour, put Ruby in her cage (she’s stopped catcalling thankfully) and see SeokJin and Kim Namjoon seated close together, chatting. It feels like they have a magnetic field between them. They seem to have a strong connection. You observe them and notice that they’re subconsciously mimicking the other’s movements, even their hair has a connection- those 2 pieces trying to reach each other. They’re literally Human Magnets!
              You freshen up and Namjoin the conversion. Namjoon tells y’all about his favourite author, “Haruki Murakami writes about mythical realms and hidden worlds and that coexist alongside us. He tears apart the mundane and prosaic revealing enchanting secrets. I sincerely recommend ‘Norwegian Wood’ and ‘Kafka on the Wood’ ”  Jin gets a phone call and leaves. Namjoon then asks you, “What’s your favourite book?” “Of all time? Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. It’s a fascinating tale and it acknowledges the mystical side of things which people often overlook There’s been many strange incidents when I’ve read it. For instance, I read that it was raining in the book, only to look out my window and see a sudden heavy rain. I went to tell my parents and the rain just stopped. It was quite freaky.” “Oh WOW! There’s something special about these occult books. I’ll definitely add Dorian Gray to the top of my reading list.” At once, there’s a loud clap of Thunder. Namjoon and you turn to the window to see a sudden heavy spell of rain. The two of you are stunted out of your wits.  Jin Namjoins y’all and says, “Yes, V call that rain R-A-I-N... C’mon guys, this is London after all, what do you expect? Why are y’all shocked? Don’t worry, I’ll cook us dinner.”
              Jin cooks his famous Chicken Noodle Soup and serves y’all soda on the side. The heavy downpour continues and Jin tells Namjoon, “Stay over, you can call this place home.” Later, Yoongi asks, “Would you like to work on Blood, Sweat & Tears with me?” You oblige. Hours go by at the piano.  Suga and you enter the drawing room to see the beautiful fireplace lit. Jinnie’s sharing gummy bears with Namjoon who’s leaning on him sweetly, it really is the most endearing sight. Jin beckons y’all to namjoin them.
              Jin pulls you near him. Jin and you are in the middle now, with Namjoon beside you and Yoongi next to Jin. The four of snuggle up, all cosy beneath a lovely knitted blanket that’s as soft as bwunnies. Jin turns to Yoongi and starts talking, leaving you with Namjoon, who smiles softly. You sneeze and Namjoon gives you his blue/green patterned jacket. He then gently puts his arm around you. You huddle under his arm, he was surprisingly warm, his biceps felt so firm and hard yet his skin was soft and smooth. You rest on his shoulder as he pulls you closer. His heads over yours and he lightly kisses your forehead as you drift off to sleep in his loving arms.
