Raymond kept the dazzling smile on his face. Starting from when I came out of my bedroom which of course I was fully clothed, made sure I put the key in my bag rather than under the mat as I left the apartment, until when he opened his car door for me. And I think that smile won't just fade away this morning. He's really on the mood today. I'm sure Gina would love to know that.

Today was the first time Raymond had purposely picked me up to go to work with him. There is no denying that I am extremely blithe with this 'new' thing. I consider that because it is something new for me, indeed. Not just for me actually, but for us. I wonder why he suddenly did this.

"Why did you do this, Ray?" I turned to the handsome man sitting next to me, smiling at him. I could see his eyes, which remained focused on the road, through the silver-framed sunglasses he was wearing. This man is suitable for wearing anything, and never looked unhandsome. He's perfect in any ways.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, you suddenly came to my place, and picked me up to go to work. Aren't you worried about what people in the office will think when they see us together? I mean like walking together to the office." I quickly corrected the words 'together', so that he wouldn't get it wrong.

He let out a small smile, "Are we talking about breaking the rules?"

"No. I'd rather know why you suddenly came. But ... well, thing about the rules also crossed my mind though."

"Brie, I came to your place because I miss you." He glanced at me briefly and smiled. Oh, he melted me for hundred times. "And I don't think that picking you up, then we walk together to the office is such a violation. I memorized exactly what was stated in our company regulations. I couldn't be wrong."

I giggled.

He was right. We're not violating any rules. It's just that 'together'. So if there were any other assumption of anybody who sees us, then it's their own problem. Not us. There is no point in jamming on their mind. Why bother?

I won't let that overly thinking ruins my good day anyway.

As we arrived at Tremendouz, there were some eyes caught our togetherness. To be precise, they had their eyes only on me when I stepped out of Raymond's posh car. Some of them just shrugged the 'view' off, but some were like keep their eyes on this Boston girl, until Raymond and I walked together to the entrance.

We're just walked, no lingered hand, no talked, literally just walked.

For them who still locked their eyes on me, they were like gushing around 'who's that girl?!'. And I was like 'what are you people looking at? A rookie jumped off of her boss's car? Come on, just stay out of my business!'.

Other than that, I also feel like I was walking with the most handsome man in the world which can cause jealousy in every woman who sees it. As the look radiated from Martha, the receptionist woman. Wait, she doesn't look jealous, but rather in amazement. If I didn't misread her lips, the woman seemed to be silently saying 'lucky' to me. I didn't respond to that, instead just waved at her.

If it's true what she said, then it's true, I am a lucky woman.

Oh, sorry for being such a cocky this morning.

People said, don't get too happy about something since happiness is just a temporary thing. Well, I know it could be true, but right now, I'll just ignore the truth and let this happy face exist.

"You should give me a credit since I came earlier than you, man." Dean greeted Raymond as soon as we reached the twentieth floor. He followed Raymond's steps towards his office.
