LOVE BETWEEN RELIGION AND FAMILY

The party started, but I haven’t seen Bryan around. I started to panic but no one should feel it. I kept looking at Bryan but I see no Bryan in the party. So I decided to text him.
“Bry?,Where are you?” I said on the message I sent. But he didn’t respond. I tried calling him but he’s out of coverage area. I also tried to chat him but he’s not active. I’m starting to worry for Bryan when I saw him together with Cliff on the pool.
“Bryan!” I shouted, calling Bryan and so he turns back to me.
“Cris, what’s the problem?” Clifford asked
“Can I talk to Bryan?” I started.
“Go ahead Cliff uhm My friend need to talk to me privately.” He said. After he told that, Clifford left us.
“Bry! Why did you tell him I’m just a Friend?” I started.
“Cris you started first, I’m just returning the favor!” Bryan said and turn his back to me.
“So that’s it? Just because of that your being rude to me?” I shouted him because of jealousy.
“Am I the rude one here? Have you forgotten? You didn’t tell me you know this girl first before knowing me. Do you thinks it’s okay for me?” he said while facing me and I see tears on Bryan’s Eyes.
“Bry, I didn’t told that because I don’t want to complicate things—” I didn’t finish my words when he uttered along.
“You don’t want to complicate things? Then what’s this now? Are you out of your mind Cris? I know you’re a guy and to complete you being guy you must look for a woman that could give you kids. But before you do that, consider me consider my feelings.” He said while crying. He ran away from me I want to follow him but Shental appeared and take me inside for her blowing of candles. So I wasn’t able to follow Bryan.
(CLIFFORD’S P. O. V)
After Shemtal introduce me to Cris I followed Bryan, I saw him enter to a cubicle and I hear him cry.
“Bry, it’s Cliff I know you’re in there I’ll be waiting you here if you’re ready to go out.” I ssaid.
“Cliff? Can you accompany me?” I hear him said. So I agreed.
He goes out if the cubicle while wiping his tears amd showed me a fake smile.
“Bry I know you have a problem, if you want to talk about it I can listen.” I uttered then taps his shoulder. “I know a perfect place for us to talk.” I added.
As he agreed with me, I took Bryan in the pool area, and there he talk about his problem.
“Cliff, is it true that Cris is the one you’re talking to me in the car that is close to your sister?” I started.
“Yes he is” I answered.
“Well can you promise me one thing?” he said and face me.
“yes sure what is it?” I said.
“Please don’t tell everyone about this okay, Cris and I are in a relationship together. We are privately dating to protect his reputation in church. I understand if you’ll react negatively but please do not tell everyone about this.” He explained.
I really can’t believe for what I heard but I have to protect Bryan’s heart so I have to kept this secret.
“Bryan look, I’ve been looking for you every time you visit the café, let me confess, uhmmmm....Ahhh....... I........ I......... —” I didn’t finish my confession because Cris appear.
“Bryan” he said. That causes me to stop and cris faced him.
“Cris, what’s the problem?” I asked trying to protect Bryan.
“Can I talk to Bryan?” he started.
“Go ahead Cliff uhm My friend need to talk to me privately.” Bryan said. Since Bryan wants me to leave i did but I hide on the wall and hear them arguing.
I am Hiding on the wall when I saw Bryan crying while running away but Cris didn’t follow so I followed Bryan.
I’m not taking this as an advantage to hit on Bryan. I just want to comfort him since I am his friend. And I am worried where he is heading because I know he have no car.
I am secretly following Bryan and I saw him heading on the Bar.

(BRYAN’S  P. O. V)
The moment I saw Cris on the party, my body felt weak, but hearing him say “I’m  just his Friend” make me become weaker. I know that we’re  dating privately but for his friend he can’t  tell me his into me. So I excuse myself. I went to the restroom to cry but Clifford appeared and offers me a talk.
While Clifford and I are talking all of a sudden Crus appear calling my name. Clifford trued to ask him but Cris want to talk to me privately so I told Cris to leave us just for a while.
Our conversation didn’t turn well so I cry and left Cris standing alone. I assumed he would follow me but I was wrong.
I am in the middle of the road I am walking heading nowhere when I saw a bar. I decided to ruin my night instead of crying alone. As I enter the bar I saw lots of people drinking and dancing moving their bodies in the rhythm of the music like they don’t  have any problems at all.
I headed to the counter and order two glasses of tequila. When a guy showed up and offered me a money just to have sex with him. But I denied. The guy tried to force kissing me when Clifford appeared and punch the guy on the face. The guy seems to be drunk so stop Clifford and let the guy leave.
“Cliif! Are you kay?” I started and look at Clifford’s  eyes.
“Bry I should ask you that, why did you got in here? It’s  too dangerous for you to be here.! Cliggord yelled at me and take me out of the bar.
“Cliff, I’m  sorry, I just want to forgot what happened to me and Cris, I just want to disappear just at this moment” I said and cried hard.
“Bry I know you’re  in pain but please take care of yourself,” he said and Hugged me tight. It’s so nice to have a friend that could comfort you in your worst night.
“Cliff, thank you very much” I uttered “ Cliff? I can’t  go back to the party, would you mind taking me home?” I added.
“Sure Bry, but I left the car on the house.” He uttered and scratch his head.
“Well, can you walk me home?” U uttered with a smile. Hopefully Clifford agreed and we started to walk home. While walking home Clifford gave me his jacket.
“Bry take this I know your cold.” He said. I trues to refuse but he insisted so I grab it.
“Cliff? Why are you doing this?” I uttered.
“Doing what?” he said confusedly
“This, giving me your jacket, following me on the bar, saving me from that guy and comforting me?” I explained.
“Bry, look I know I’m  just a friend for you, but for me you’re  not, I’ve been into you since the day I met you in The café. You might not notice me but I am the only one whose giving and taking your order.”  He said and stopped for a while.
“Bry, I know I am too late to ask your love but I don’t  want to take this as an advantage for you to fall in love with me I just want to confess and I’m ready for what the consequences of this confession.” He added. Listening to him makes me feel better knowing that except for Cris someone has a crush on me even if I’m gay.
“Uhm Cliff, where here ujmmm I’ll  tell Jayvie to  drive you home okay, don’t resist its my way of repaying you,” i uttered. And I’m  glad that Clifford agree and my Brother drive him home.
It’s  been a day full of pain but at the same time comforting. After Crus and I fight I feel terribly angry at him. I just can’t  carry to see him from this day until I can have the guts to see him.
(THE NEXT MORNING)
(DING DONG DING DONG)
I heard someone outside but as I open the curtain of my window I saw Ethan in front of the gate and Jayvie opened it. Since today is Sunday and too early I am wondering why on earth Ethan come visit us here.
“Kuys, Ethan come to take you church” Jayvie said.
“whaaat? Seriously?” I shouted.
“Yes so fix up yourself and be with him” Jayvie said and I hear his footsteps going down to stais.. I really want to see Cris and now Ethan wants to take me on church? Goshhhh this is so cringe.
“Aaaagghhhhhhhh” I shouted. Causing everyone to go up and check me.
“Guys I’m  okay I just have to shout okay!” I explained. The moment everyone left my door I fox myself, I can’t  say no because mom will probably scold me for not coming with Ethan attending mass. After fixing myself I go down stairs and we head off to church.
