Arnav was shocked at her bold move. After kissing, Kushi felt shy to face him. She was not into all these romances but now...
'Oh God! Did I... Did I just kiss him? and even yesterday I went to kiss him', Kushi was literally shocked but then, 'Oh my! He is my husband so why should I be shocked or afraid?' She let it out and turned her face and saw Arnav was starring at her. It's not the first time they kissed but still it was Kushi who initiated.
It was night. All were having dinner. Kushi was silent as always but Arnav was suspiciously silent. La was giving him those looks.
"La, why are you seeing Arnav bhai like that?"
"No Aakash look at him, he's behaving weirdly"
"I am just eating", Arnav protested himself.
"No, you will chatter something, or you'll be stealing glances at Kushi"
At once, Kushi and Arnav looked at each other.
"Did you too fight?", La questioned.
"Nooo" Both shouted at the same time.
"La, just eat. Stop asking them questions", Ratna scolded her.
Kushi was washing the dishes.
"Arnav beta must be waiting you go dear. I will see to it"
"No ma, I will finish it. You go and see to papa"
"But beta, ..."
"Offo, you kids, you both go, I will do the dishes."
"Since when did you start to do chores", Arnav entered the conversation.
"La can do anything anytime."
"And why are you doing that now"
"Coz I know you both are fighting. Can't you see Ratna aunty and uncle are so worried about you"
"Laaa", Ratna voiced out.
"Why did you come here, to solve our problem?", chuckled Arnav.
"Yeah of co..." She shut her mouth.
"What!!!" Kushi asked.
"Nothing!"
"There is something, if you have said 'of course', I wouldn't have asked you, but you closed your mouth. So, there's something", Kushi said.
"Oh Kushi! Yeah of course. Okay, you both go"
La pushed them and sighed.
"La, you would have been caught"
"And you to, aunty"
"I know that they would solve but it will surely take a decade coz of their baby steps"
La laughed.
"What!!" Arnav and Kushi stood there.
La and Ratna was shocked to see them. La ran out.
"Ma, what's this?", Kushi asked
"What shall I do, beta? My sons are dumb in relationships. And you were so angry. I know you both will be alright but..."
"But it will surely take a decade coz of our baby steps, right ma?" Both said in unison.
Ratna smiled cheekily.
