When the projected memory focused, Harry was leaning on Cedric and they were looking around a small graveyard with their wands aloft.

"A portkey?" commented Cedric, looking confused as he eyed the cup. "Is this part of the third task?"

"I'm not sure," said Harry, looking apprehensive.

A short and stout cloaked figure could be seen approaching, holding a bundle of something in his arms.

Both wizards looked at each other in bewilderment - when suddenly Harry screamed, falling to his knees. He was clutching his forehead in what seemed to be immense pain.

The Harry in the Great Hall loudly put his elbows on the table, hiding his face - silent tears falling down his cheeks as he fought the sudden pain. During the event in the memory, Harry remembered nearly throwing up from the intensity and though he could bury his scream, he could not control the trembling of his hands.

Did Teddy find out who tampered with the memories?

Ginny rubbed his back, looking between him and the memory in alarm.

A cold voice in the memory said, "Kill the spare, Wormtail."

"Avada Kedavra!"

As the green light flashed the killing curse, many students in the Great Hall yelled "NO!" while others screamed in horror. Some older students had half a mind to shield the younger students from the scene.

Cedric immediately fell to the ground, his eyes open and unseeing, while Harry crawled to him - his mouth open in horror and surprise, his body shaking.

Wizards and witches alike could be seen with tears rolling down their cheeks at watching a fellow Hogwarts student murdered in front of them.

Those nearby could hear Padma Patil comforting Cho Chang who was shaking uncontrollably seeing her former boyfriend's death. "It was quick, Cho, he didn't feel anything... deep breaths."

Harry was still staring at Cedric in shock, when the hooded figure set the bundle on the ground and pointed their wand at Harry. Silently, the figure levitated Harry - who tried fighting the invisible force - and tied him from his neck to his ankles to a large marble headstone engraved with "Tom Riddle".

"Harry?" murmured Ginny with a tentative touch to his arm.

"Just ignore me," muttered Harry, still hiding behind his hands. "I'll be fine."

As Harry continued to struggle, the figure hit Harry causing his lip to split. He spit at the cloaked figure in response and the hood fell back revealing Peter Pettigrew.

"YOU!" yelled Harry, his expression twisting in anger.

Sirius growled furiously and Lupin put a calming hand on his friend's shoulder though he was just as angry.

Fudge swallowed hard, looking uncomfortable - unable to help himself from eyeing the missing finger on the man's hand.

"Peter Pettigrew!" squeaked Flitwick.

Murmurings could be heard in the Great Hall, recognizing the name. The name was mentioned in the Prophet and Witch Weekly upon Sirius Black being found innocent and dismissed from all charges this past summer.

Umbridge's jaw twitched, but otherwise continued to keep her expression impassive.

Harry was now gagged and Pettigrew was pushing a large cauldron near him, sloshing with an unknown liquid.
