Sierra 10:40 am Walking downstairs, I was so afraid of what Mr. Johnston would do, if I told anyone about him and lanae. I wasn't planning too, but the thought of him messing up my life stayed in my head. Finally making it downstairs, I walked over to my mom. "Honey, Ashton, that boy we had lunch with yesterday, wants to take you out tonight!" She seemed happier than usual. It felt like a set up but like always I agreed to go out with him and started walking back upstairs until I bumped into my dad. We hadn't said much to each other since the day I saw him with that woman. I missed talking to him but every time I thought about him I felt disappointed in his actions.
"Can I take you somewhere please?" He said. I nodded my head and went to grab some shoes out of my room. I went back down. "Ready?" he asked me.
"Ready." We both walked to his car and it was awkward being in his presence until he said "I'm sorry you saw that, I never planned to cheat on your mother. it's just your mom and I have been having marriage issues and when I met Sandra it felt like I had no worries in the world" I tried to be understanding but I was confused "are we not enough for you?" I said. he looked at me with so much guilt "you will always be enough for me sweetie, you are my heart in human form I made a mistake Sierra"
"i'm not saying mom is perfect in anyway but she loves you more than anything and if she finds out her world will be crushed how im supposed to call myself her child and say I love her and not tell her about this that makes me just as guilty as you dad" I said "if telling her will take that burden off of you I will do it" dad replied I said "ok" and then he asked "do you forgive me Sierra?" I nodded my head and gave him a hug before he pulled into the Starbucks drive thru, after we got our drinks and pastries. We headed back home and by then it was 11:10 so we got in the house and I went back upstairs to continue cleaning my room. ________________ 4:30pm After cleaning for a long time I looked at the time and saw it was about to be time for my date with Ashton, I took another shower since I was sweating from cleaning after I got out the shower I did my hygiene and then went to my closet and pick out a outfit I decided to wear something simple, a white shirt and and some blue jeans I did my hair in a half up half down style and a simple makeup look

halfway through getting ready I heard my phone go off so I picked it up and saw a text from a number I didn't have saved or know honestly

me: ohhh😭 okay sorry I snapped on you a bit but yes I'm ready
Ashton😄 : ok cool I'll be there soon to pick you up
Closing out our messages I put my phone back down and added finishing touches to my outfit and makeup, even though I was going on a date with Ashton, all I could think about was Deverin. I wonder if I ever was gonna see him again... sighing. I put on my jacket and shoes and made my way downstairs to wait for him.
