The guild was still in shock as the group made their way inside. "But, you wer-are dead" Gray stuttered. Lucy looked at him and the color of her face drained "What made you think I was dead" she urged. Gray turned and pointed to the glass case, "You never came back and your keys had blood on them" he snapped. Gray turned back to the "ghost" and looked at her long and hard. "How do we know that this isn't a manipulation of light, or one of Reddus's creations" he mumbled.
Lucy walked towards Gray "I never died, and if I did, my spirit's would have vanished" she assured, still trying to comprehend what was going on. Lucy shoved passed everyone and walked to the glass case that held her beloved spirits. Mave and Luc followed Lucy short behind. "So I guess this means you want the lacrama removed" Mave suggested as she traces her fingers across the glass box.
Lucy shrugs "I just want to get settled back home" she said, and the she realized that she hadn't paid rent in...how long has it been. Two Years? No it couldn't, it was four years. Lucy sighed with disappointment and took the pouch and whip out.
Master Makorav stared at the young blonde and then to his guild "I can't believe they didn't know that she was alive.....her spirits would have obviously have vanished" he whispered to himself. "I only let them have a funeral service so they could feel a bit of closure" he stepped down from his podium and walked to the main floor. "Your all idiots" he announced.
Natsu glared at the short man "AND WHAT MAKES YOU SAY THAT, GRAMPS? he yelled through protest. Makorav was now on the bar "Before Lucy disappeared, she told all of you countless of times about the contracts of a wizard and a spirit. IF, and only if you had listened to her, you would know that she was alive" he called back.
Natsu was about to protest, but he knew the old man was right. He looked at his feet then came up with an idea, "Everyone, stop being confused. Lucy will explain everything later. LET'S PARTY TONIGHT." And with that, the guild was no longer filled with confusion or silence,it was filled with screams of joy.
Mave and Luc looked out of place in the large and noisy guild hall. Luc leaned in towards Lucy "Is this how it always is like" he whispered. Lucy nodded with a large smile, "Dusk Leprechaun is so quiet compared to this" she said. Natsu walked over to them and sat down. "Guys, this is Nat-" Lucy was interrupted by Mave "Natsu Dragneel, the Fire Dragon Slayer. Son of Igneel and member of Fiore's top guild, Fairy Tail" She held out her hand and Natsu took it. "How do you know that" he asked awkwardly. Mave smiled "Lucy"
Natsu looked at Lucy and laughed "Is that so?" he asked. Mave nodded "Every single day, she would talk about Fairy Tail. But she would never shut up about you or a cat named Happy" she informed. Lucy looked around "Speaking of which, where is the blue furball?" she cranes her neck towards the door. "He went to go get Wendy and Carla" he said "They were in Hargeon, they should be back tonight"
Lucy nodded "Well, shouldn't we be partying" she announced, she got up and walked to the middle of the guild hall. There, the rest of the members hounded her with questions and good wills.
