* author's note: since this will be divided into several parts, I will be writing Japan's part first, then america, then a chapter of all three and finally some where one the reader chooses.

For those who have seen true beauty drama, the context in japan's part will be about japan discovering the identity of the reader just like in episode 3 when Suho discovers jugyeong's identity . Well it will also be a mix of the webtoon as well. And unlike it taking place in Korea, I decided to take it place in France instead.

And for those who don't what true beauty is, it is about a girl who gets bullied for being ugly and has to wear makeup. One of her love interests are Lee Suho, a guy with a mysterious past yet is the first to know of jugyeong's identity. Her other love interest is Han Seojun who is training to be a kpop idol. You can read it on the webtoon app or watch the drama on dramacool but if you ask me, I'd prefer the drama better. Also I shall deliver justice to y'all since the author can't do it herself.

Also note y'all are very beautiful/ handsome/ gorgeous as you are. Don't let society tell you what to do.

Sometimes society is unfair. And you were a firm believer in that.

All your life, you were bullied for not fitting into society's beauty standards.

So when your family moved back to Paris after your junior year ended , you were more than delighted than to start over again.

Your older sibling decided to teach you the basics of makeup. At first, it wasn't easy since sometimes you did your eyeliner too thick or put little blush. But over time, you started to get the hang of it. Now you can do contour with your eyes closed.

Kidding but you had improved greatly.

When you transferred to Starford academy in Paris, many boys and even girls were wowed by your beauty. You even made two friends there, one named Francine Bonnefoy and Anya Braginskya. Not going to lie, you loved the attention you were getting since you were used to the bullying.

But you can never reveal to them your true face to them.

However there was one thing that was always troubling you, and that is you were always bumping into this boy named Kiku Honda. Though he was a attractive young man and attracted many young ladies, he wasn't interested in none of them. He always had this cold demeanor on but when it came to you, it was a bit baffling.

Like how yesterday he managed to protect you when your face was covered in whipped cream and you had a fear you were almost revealed. He took off his blue uniform jacket and covered your face as he took you to the restroom. But the previous day, he saw you trip and didn't even help you.

In order to calm your stress, you sometimes visit the comic shop after school. You would normally read horror mangas and it all made you feel much better, since with reading, it was an escape and a relaxation to you. but when you found out kiku went there as well, you came at night, since you didn't want Kiku to discover your identity. There were moments were Kiku almost caught you and you had to flee, hoping the boy didn't see you.

But what you didn't know is that kiku wanted to figure you out. He wanted to find out if the girl that ran away from him and the one who went to the same school were the same person.

And today he will have his answer.
