"No! I won't let you send Izuku to some random foster home or orphanage!" Mic shouted glaring at Tsukushima

"I'm not saying we will send him there. I'm saying its two options" Tsukushima said sighing "In all honestly it probably one of the better options because I'm not sure what else to do with the kid that won't hurt him even more."

"We'll take him them. Shouta and I will adopt Izuku!" Mic said looking at Shouta for support. Shouta just nodded liking the idea.

"I'm not sure that can even be done" Tsukushima said frowning and pulling some information on his computer. "The government may not allow you due to your jobs and not being able to properly spend enough time with the kid, not to mention the fact that he has severe mental health problems and physical problems as well."

"I don't care" Mic said and went on to say more but Shouta held up his hand in front of his boyfriend's face.

"We can handle it, I recently got offered a job at UA high school to teach there. It would allow me more free time to watch the kid not to mention better pay, Hizashi can quite one of his jobs and do patrols during the night and spend the day with Izuku, so Izuku won't be left alone. All in all, it's the best idea I've heard so far from all of us." Shouta said looking extremely tired his eye bags bigger than normal.

Tsukushima nodded at the idea. "That makes sense, and I like it a lot more than all the others I've heard of. I'll try and make it possible for you to adopt Izuku" Tsukushima said pulling up something on his computer.

Mic grinned and hugged Shouta "Have I told you how much I love you!" Mic said Shouta just smiled

Detective Tusikushima was frustrated with the government and how incompetent and uncapable of seeing this from his side they are. Tusikushima still tries to focus and get a chance to talk to the higher ups about Izuku's living situation and current. Since they couldn't find his mother, the government wanted to send him into the foster system with specific requirements for those who would foster him. They didn't want to have the two pro heroes adopt Izuku because they are afraid it would be too much for the kid to handle.

What they couldn't seem to understand is that would make it all the harder for Izuku to be fostered and he wouldn't likely stay at the foster building where it would be easy for him to get kidnaped again or for his mental state to get even worse.

But Tusikushima wouldn't stop until they could see that the two pro heroes were the best to adopt the kid. He knew they were already attached and would try their best to help the kid no matter what and they could protect him as well. So, Tusikushima would keep doing his best to make it so that they could adopt Izuku.

Mic and Shouta were spending time with Izuku again. This time Mic brought some coloring books and his phone with some calming music he thought Izuku might enjoy. Izuku was currently hiding under the sheets shaking and panicking because there were two new nurses on staff that were trying to get close to him. Most everyone knew that Izuku won't let anyone he doesn't know or recognize near him and even the nurses that have been there since he was brought to the hospital have a hard time getting Izuku to corporate. So, when Mic walked in to see his kid hiding and panicking due to the nurses, he about lost control of his quirk and yelled at him. Lucky Shouta was behind him and saw what was happening and quickly stepped in to send the nurses away.

"Hey little listener, Its Shouta and I. The nurses are gone, could you please come out now?" Mic said getting closer to Izuku but not trying to touch the kid because he couldn't see what is happening.

Izuku heard Mic's voice and the footsteps of two people leaving. And he slowly looked out of the sheets. He saw Shouta and Mic there and the two nurses gone. For some reason the nurses looked very familiar and that made Izuku even more nervous because they might have come to take him away from Mic and Shouta. The two people he trusts a little bit more than everyone else here.

Shouta saw Izuku look out from the sheets and smiled softly at the boy. "Hey, don't worry it's just us, do you want to come out?" Shouta said sitting on a chair across from Izuku's sight to try and help keep the kid calm.

Izuku slowly came out of the sheets looking at Mic and Shouta fear in his eyes but trusting them enough to come out from where he was trying to hide. Mic started to come over slowly and hugged Izuku. The boy first flinched slightly still not use to Mic and his constant attempts to have physical contact with him, but Izuku liked the hugs that Mic gave him. So, Izuku leaned into the hug but still tense and watching everything that happened.

Shouta saw Izuku tense and felt angry that it was a natural instinct for the boy to tense up like that every time. Shouta also never missed the way Izuku would flinch and move away from everything. His eating habits were also worrying because he would eat only 1 out of ten meals, they gave him. And from the state of the boy, he needed all the food he could get. It was like Izuku was conditioned to only eat at certain times or only when there was a number of meals he had skipped. It worried the doctors so they were trying to make it so the kid would stay a little longer so they could try and help him eat a little more consecutively. Shouta was against the idea knowing it would be better to get the kid into their house so he could have more structure in his life outside of a hospital.

"Shouta, come over and color with Izuku and I" Mic said on the border of shouting at him. Shouta sighed and smiled softly and came over to color with his boyfriend and his kid.

A couple hours later Mic and Shouta were forced to leave the hospital leaving Izuku all alone in his room. Izuku looked around, the room seemed a lot colder and scarier without the two people in it. He liked being alone but for some reason he got no comfort when Mic and Shouta left. When people left him in his other room, he liked it because they wouldn't hurt him in there. But he felt safe with Mic and Shouta, so he didn't like it when they left. Izuku sighed and climbed off the bed into the corner of the room. So, he could see everything. Wrapping the blanket, he was given around him he stayed awake watching everything.

The shadows in the room seemed to move. That was another thing Izuku didn't like about this room. It wasn't dark enough; he could see the shadows and movement. It made it also impossible for him to relax. In his other room it was dark and the only time you could see light was when the door would open giving Izuku plenty of time to prepare himself for the people who would hurt him. Slowly Izuku felt the exhaustion cling to his body. He knew that he would fall asleep soon. Izuku had stayed up all night for the past two nights so it wasn't a surprise that tonight his body would demand him to get some rest. Still, he resisted and tried his best to stay awake. Too soon however he fell asleep.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The room was a mess, the nurses who were recently hired at the hospital Izuku was staying at were shaking in the corner. There was a man in the middle who had just calmed down his quirk still lashing out in long lighting around the room avoiding the nurses though.

"You failed at your job" A deep voice spoke sending shivers down the nurses spines.

"All you had to do was go up and inject the experiment with the drug. Yet you failed at your job." The deep voice spoke once more.

The nurses wanted to speak out and defend themselves but the imposing figure stopped any attempts to try and defend themselves.

"No matter, there are other ways. Your job now is to stay at the hospital and keep a low profile. Don't make anyone suspicious of you or question why you both transferred to that hospital." The voice said and the tension in the room eased a little.

"Yes Sir," The nurses said bowing their heads a sheen of sweat across both their foreheads.

The man nodded and disappeared from view leaving the nurses alone. Both collapsed on the floor, relived that they were still alive and had their job.
