Love Prohibited

The Presentations were going smoothly, each and every company had worked off their asses to compete for the top positions this year.

Most of the Presentations were done by renowned Architects and designers. Some big shot decoration agencies also participated. All faces were familiar except a few new names were rumored.

It was an interesting event, most professional teams were taking notes about which Designers and Architecture firms with innovative approaches.

SerkanBolat and his team were also keenly interested. They had bagged quite a few big Hotels and Holiday Locations Projects for the coming year. They were definitely open to new hiring for Designers which would give a refreshing twist to these new Plans in process with Art life.

So far SerkanBolat was quiet unimpressed by any ongoing displays.

"Abi, do you see what you want in the new team" Engin, Serkan's partner hissed during the coffee break.

"Nothing caught my eye yet, but let's see.... We need new blood and new ideas.... I will keep my mind open" Serkan drawled with boredom.

Selin smiled at Serkan's disinterested gesture.... "I knew it, these amateurs will never catch your eye" she sounded satisfied that serkan couldn't find anything to his liking.

It was just like selin to be happy being center of attention not wanting anyone else in her serkan bubble.

"Listen Engin how about I take some important video calls in the lobby, you keep going if you like anything and book me an interview" Serkan really did sound resigned.

He wanted fresh new energy for his new project but so far all he saw was typical old school stuff.

He let out a sigh, putting his hands in his trouser pockets briskly walking towards the exit while some new person started over their presentation, it sounded like some girl.... Which only caused serkan to be glad to leave because he wasn't gonna be hiring a woman, selin would make the living hell for the new person because of her illogical freaky habits.

Selin had weird fixation when she saw women who impressed serkan. She would not mind random dates serkan had with models or actresses because they never could impress serkan, but as soon as serkan would take interest in some talented woman... Selin would create problems.

This was her habit since university days. As much as it bothered serkan he never really cared enough for any woman or selin to correct the situation. But to work in an environment like that would be difficult indeed.

The background of Selin was that she was a close family friend, the parents were deceased and since teenages Serkan's family took care of selin, as for serkan she was not much more than a sibling like presence who obviously had a crush on him. But he never entertained her but never really told her off too. It was not SerkanBolat style. He didn't care much either way. As long as it did not create much hassle.

Later that evening while Serkan was still much engrossed in one of his project designs, Engin messaged him that he had in fact found a  promising candidate.

It was a woman unfortunately, serkan already felt that it was useless to interview her.

But since Engin already booked her appointment, serkan had to go through with it.

Giving one on one interviews were no big deals for Eda, she had been in the field of designing and interior decorating forever.
Though she never actually got a job but she had done internships straight after high school in her dad's friends firms. Then later another prestigious Design house.

But today felt too special and it was in fact a bit unnerving to be interviewed by the dynamic SerkanBolat.

He was the master of the game, too big in this industry, she heard they were hiring new talent and she was gonna do her best to get the chance. She knew her abilities and she knew it in herself to be impressive.
