Pump woke up, looking around, confused about the dream he had. The voices he heard sounded somewhat familiar, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. It was all too much to take in. Just then, the door bursted open, with Karen glaring right at Pump while tapping her foot.
Karen: Wake up, lazy brat! You need to do your chores. Here's your list of what you'll have to do for a month! [Hands Pump his list of chores]
Pump: [Reading the list] Feed Chocolate, do the dishes, clean the house, sweep the living room, clean the backyard, and water the plants. [Looks at Karen with a confused look] I have school today.
Karen: Don't worry about that too much. Just come straight home, and nowhere else. Do your homework, eat your dinner, then finish your chores. Once you're finished, head straight to your room, and don't come out unless you have to use the bathroom. If you don't finish your chores, you'll be getting another whipping, understand? [Pump nods] Now go eat your breakfast!
Pump: [He sighed] Yes mom. [He then proceeded to get dressed and then he went downstairs. He braced himself as he gulped down his least favorite cereal. (Raisin Bran) After gulping down his breakfast, he did the dishes and then cleaned up the backyard before Karen tapped on his shoulder]
Karen: Alright son. Time to go to school. You'll finish your chores when you get home. Just remember what I told you.
Pump: [Sighs] Yeah. I know. Stay away from creatures such as mobians and pokemon, don't mention the abuse, and behave and come straight home after school.
Karen: Good. Now get in the car! [The two got into the car and Karen drove Pump to school. Stopping at Pump's school, Karen spoke up] Now, any questions before getting out of the car and into school?
Pump: Yeah. What if a teacher pairs me up with a mobian for a project?
Karen: If that ever happens, then either bring that disgusting thing home so I can keep an eye on it, or take me to their house, okay? [Pump nodded as he got out of the car. As soon as he did, Karen drove off]
Pump: [Sighs] How did it come to this? First I was blamed for a crime that I didn't even commit. Then my mom started hating me. And now some people are saying that I'm the wielder of some sword thing. [He continued talking as he walked into his school] Why does my mom hate creatures like mobians and pokemon so much? Why did she not tell me about it more? And why doesn't she believe me when I keep telling her that I'm innocent. [As he walked into the hallway, he saw some people that he knew, such as The Boyfriend and Pico. But he also saw some people that he didn't know, such as a blue haired girl (Miku) talking to Boyfriend, a boy with strawberry blonde hair (Senpai), a tannish girl with dark brown hair (Anaya) acting mean towards a nerd] Wow. What a jerk. [He also saw a white demon looking boy (Selever) flirting with another blue haired girl (Sky)]
Sky: [Annoyed] Come on, Selever. It's only the first day of school and you're already trying to flirt with girls?
Selever: I know, but I must say that you are pretty adorable.
Sky: Shut up, Selever.
Pump: [Keeps walking through the hallway and then sees a girl with light blue hair (Lunar) crying while a boy with red hair (Alec) and a black haired boy (Kyran) were trying to cheer her up while a girl with brown hair (Felicia) was just laughing at them while a girl with dark blue hair (Funneh), another girl with brown hair (Gold), and a boy with brown hair (Draco) were looking at her angrily. Then he saw a yellow two-tailed fox (Tails) talking to a red echidna (Knuckles), a pink hedgehog (Amy), who was also Zephyr Breeze's girlfriend talking to a purple cat (Blaze). He also saw a red fox (Fiona) making out with a green hedgehog (Scourge), while a brown raccoon (Marine) was watching them in disgust. Pump's thoughts were cut short as he saw two cats, one with pink fur and the other with light yellow fur in front of him]
Kat: Hello there, kid! You're new to this school, right? [Pump nodded]
Crystal: Yay! Now come on, kid. Walk with us and we'll explain everything.
Kat: Through song!
Pump: Song?
Crystal: [Singing] Welcome to your first day of school!
We are glad that you could come!
This is a place for everyone to hang out with creatures big and small!
Kat: [Singing] Back when the worlds were separated
Everything was normal for us!
Until one day, the worlds merged together for no reason at all!
Crystal: [Singing] After the merge, we panicked, until ine legendary hero calmed us all down
Kat: [Singing] After that, we tried to get along, but we had no luck!
Crystal: [Singing] Then the anti's came here and tried to destroy this place
So we all worked together and defeated those pest and put them in their place.
Kat: [Singing] And so we worked together and built this school!
Crystal: [Singing] Here we invite everyone, creatures big and small
To come be safe at this here school!
Kat and Crystal: [Singing] Welcome to your first day of school!!!!!
Kat: So you get it now? [Pump nodded]
Crystal: Wonderful! Now come on. We'll take you to your homeroom class. there you'll get the introduction and schedules from the teachers.
As the three walked off, Pump heard them saying something.
Kat: [Whispering] Do you think he's a good choice, Crystal?
Crystal: [Whispering] Yes. I know he is. The mirror pool says so.
