Okay, let's see. What should I choose? I guess I'm gonna go with my trust issues. What do you think that I could do so that I can trust people more easily?

Well, maybe you should try to be more open to a person you don't really know that good, like me for example, and see what happens, probably nothing bad and maybe you can learn step by step that you can trust people. If it goes well with the first person, maybe you can try it with another, maybe James.

Hm, seems logical. I think I'll try it and I must say that in your case I think I did a pretty good job.

And I have to say, that I have to agree.

Also, I guess I have a similar problem, not exactly trust issues, well yes maybe, but I guess I have a problem with being my real self around people I don't fully trust. So yeah, what solution would you suggest for my problem?

I guess I would say something similar as you did. Try small steps, for example try once to be more serious or something, show those people maybe step by step more of your personality traits. I guess once you started it, it will become easier. And they definitely won't judge you if you behave like your real self. And if they do: Fuck them! Also remind yourself of that! It isn't important what other people think about you. You are allowed to do you. You should do you!
