The freedom fighters: A group working with the unseen and the government. They're rarely seen and therefore believed to be legends
Status: Allies; very dangerous
The unseen: The rebellion and/or the resistance; opposes the government in the outskirts. They are known but as their names suggest they are unseen but in the past few events leading up to the middle of book 3 many bases have been attacked and all members were forced to flee
Status: Allies; dangerous
Legionairres: the army of the outskirts; work for the high king
Status: cannon fodder; Hostile but not a threat
Enforcers: the high king's elite force
Status Enemies; very dangerous
