Under the willow

Watching The reaping

As Willow didn't mentor she normally just drifted around helping each district. She went to each district compartment during the reaping to watch their reaping with them. She walked towards the district 1 compartment.  She slipped into District 1's compartment sitting crisscross on the couch next to Cashmere. She had spent the few hours waiting for the reaping footage to start in wandering around the train.

As the reaping started to play she leaned forward to watch District 1 to see what happened. Both Glimmer and Marvel volunteered of course since the career districts always had people who volunteered. Glimmer sent flirtatious smiles towards the crowd and blew kisses at the camera. Marvel sent out a cocky grin towards the cameras.

Willow chewed on her bottom lip thinking what to say. She pointed at glimmer, ¨She needs a bit of a different style.¨ She said.

¨Why?¨ Cashmere asked.

¨She looks and acts like a mini-you.¨ Willow said.

¨She's our younger sister.¨ Cashmere and Gloss said at the same time.

¨I don't care, She still looks like Mini you no one wants somebody that looks and acts like another victor while they are still alive and young.¨ Willow said.

¨ What do you suggest?" Gloss asked.

¨What weapons are you good with Glimmer?¨ Willow questioned.

¨Bow and arrow or a sword." Glimmer answered.

¨Keep the sexy but instead of airhead flirtatious sexy, do badass sexy tell the stylist to do some leather maybe tight pants leather jacket crop tops combat boots, or heeled boots. Get earrings with a bow and arrow on them or maybe a necklace with a sword charm on it.¨ Willow said.

Before Turning to Marvel, ¨ Keep the cocky and tough act it works for you.¨ Willow told him. As she stood to go to the district 2 apartment.

District 2

Willow entered the district 2 compartment and they unpaused the reaping for district 2 as she leaned against the wall. Analyzing the tributes that district 2 put forth this year. 

The girl didn't volunteer which is meant the person who was supposed to volunteer decide not to or she was supposed to be the one that volunteer. The boy however jumped to volunteer practically shoving the reaped kid out of the way to get to the stage. Cato the boy would get attention for that but the Girl clove needed to make an entrance and prove to the capital even though she didn't volunteer she was still a career. 

¨Clove you need to try harder than a normal tribute from district 2 as you didn't volunteer first appearances mean a lot. Based on the callous on your hands, I'm guessing you use throwing knives so keep that up. You are on the smaller side to which is actually an advantage you can hide easier and get to and fit in places others can't.¨ Willow said.

¨Cato let's see the way you volunteered will already have given you attention but you need to keep that attention cocky is good but not look at me I'm better than you are cocky. No capital person wants a jerk to win. Give them something to love about you and show them what you can do in the arena.¨ Willow said.

District 3

Willow sat down next to Wiress as they played the district 3 reapings.  The girl was younger thirteenth maybe she was small for her age and her best chance was to get away from the bloodbath. The boy was also small for his age fifteen maybe and the worst part was that they were siblings. Although that could actually help them as it might touch the hearts of the capital.

Willow turned to the district 3 tributes, ¨Play up the sibling's thing get as far away from the bloodbath as you can. Sometimes they put things for technology in there like the wire Beetee used to win. The mines under the platforms are a good weapon if you can reactive them.¨ Willow told them.
