5. Loki's army

(Edith: "Well, take a look at that")

I point over to the Stark tower in the distance as a massive beam shoots up to the sky, opening up a portal as weird creatures come flying down from.

Thor:
"Loki's army!" . He immediately jumps out the cart and swings his hammer around as he flies off and leaves me and Bruce in the cart, he climbs off of the back and walks to where i sit in the drivers seat.

Banner:
"Im driving"

Edith:
"Yeah sure". I move over to the passenger seat as he climbs in the drivers seat and powers up the golf cart. He hits his foot down on the accelerator as we zoom down the road.

We finally arrive at the city, people are running and screaming about as strange
alien-looking creatures fly above us causing mini explosions everywhere. Suddenly, the golf cart is blasted with some sort of strange alien gun that causes it to explode and sends me and Bruce flying out of the front of the cart. We crash down on the hard concrete road with a grunt.

Edith:
"Bruce you okay, is the other guy chill". I quickly get up and look over at him as helps himself up while he growls through his clenched teeth.

Banner:
"Im good, im good". He says as we breath heavily, our faces now dirty from the impact. He lifts a hand up to a cut on his head as the dark red blood begins to roll down the side of his head. He looks over to me and sees my worried look.
"Dont worry, its not that deep, plus you probably look as bad as me". He laughs as i raise a hand to where i feel a sharp sting on my cheek just under my eye. I pull my hand away to reveal my bloody fingers.

Edith:
"The others should be around here somewhere, lets go". He follows me as we take off Running and head in the direction of the Stark tower. Soon we see Natasha, Thor, Steve and a man who must be Clint in the distance all stood in the middle of the road with upturned cars all around them. Once we reach them me and Bruce lean on a car as we pant and catch up with our breath.

Romanoff:
"Hello you two, nice of you to join us"

Rodgers:
"Edith, i must say im proud that your no longer in hiding". He says to me while taking glances at my ears. He gives me a smile before turning to Thor who is already giving him a frown. Thor has always been a protective friend to me. "Thor, whats the story upstairs". Im guessing Steve means the Stark tower.

Thor:
"The power surrounding the cube is impenetrable"

Stark:
"Thor's right, we've got to deal with these guys". I can barely make out what he says as i stand by Thor's side and listen in to his loud earpiece

Romanoff:
"How do we do this?"

Rodgers:
"As a team". I like his spirit, go team!

Thor:
"I have unfinished buisness with Loki". He says sounding demanding. His deep voice gives off a scary vibe. His typical god vibe.

Barton:
"Yea?, well get in line". This guy i have not met seems like he is really soft but can be scary when he wants. I have a feeling we could get along well, i just have to wait to introduce myself.
