Childe-Join The Fatui

Darkness. That was all that could be seen. A terrible ringing was going trough your ears. You slowly open your eyes. Everything looks so blurry. You couldn't see or hear anyone. You tried to look for your travel companions. You thought you screamed for them. "LUMINE, PAIMON WHERE ARE YOU.! LUMINE PAIMON!" Your struggled to remember what happened as everything slowly came into view. You slowly stand as you look around. Liyue Harbor was gone. The only thing left of were ruins of the once beautiful city. There was only one certainty at this point in time.

"Tartaglia must die"

You knew he was responsible for this. You ran around desperately trying to find someone, anyone who could help you. You ran around and saw the lovely city you called home in shambles. Until you saw it. A tall red haired man standing over a blonde female.

There she was your best friend laying there lifeless, as her fairy like travel companion tries to wake her. The white haired girl is shaking Lumine violently and screaming at her to get up. Crying was all you heard from paimon. You couldn't move. You could just stand there feeling sick to your stomach. Your best friend was gone. The man who did it was just standing there over her laughing.

You couldn't believe it. The man you fell inlove with was there over your friends lifeless body. And he was laughing. Laughing at her and calling her weak. You had the last straw when you heard him say "I expected you to hold out a little longer girlie. Your brother would be disappointed in you"

That was it. You took out your polerarm and rushed him. You didn't know what you were doing. But you were overcome with so many emotions. Rage, despair, betrayal, but you were utterly heartbroken. He raised his bow and aimed it at Lumine to take one final shot. In that moment, you threw your polerarm at the red haired man. He dodged your attack and jumped back. You ran in-front of Lumine and Paimon to protect them.

He had a look of surprise of his face. He didn't think you would even be there. Then he put a cunning smile on his face. "Y/N my love there you are. I was going to go look for you after I was done with our friend traveler." You stiffened your stance to show you weren't moving. He saw this and his face darkened. "Now come on my love let's go. Join the Fatui with me and I'll take you away from this place."

You couldn't speak. All you could feel was disgust for him. You looked at Lumine and felt regret for ever keeping this man in your life. "I'm sorry Lumine. I promise I'm ending this" You looked at the man you once loved and started attacking. You knew he was stronger than you, but you still tried. He laughed at your failed attempts. "Y/N I'm tired of playing your dumb little games" He kicked your stomach and you flew back into a piece of a building.

"Y/N I don't want to hurt you. But I will if I have to. So please stop with these little games and join me." You felt like you had no other choice. He held his arms out and you went to him.

As you walked to him you felt tears rushing down your eyes. You looked around at the ruins of your once beloved home. You remembered waking up in the morning and eating at Wanmin Restraunt with the trio of best friend. Seeing Hu Tao chase Qiqi through the harbor. All of that was gone. The only thing you had left was him. The man who took everything from you. You were soon in his embrace

He just hugged you. It wasn't the warm soft hugs you were used to. It was cold. "See my love isn't this nice. Now we can both go home to Snezhnaya." You were hesitant to speak. When you did you could only mutter two words. "I'm sorry"

He was confused at who you were saying sorry to. Then he felt a sharp pain go through his stomach. He looked down and saw your weapon going through his stomach. He coughed up blood and looked at you with a surprised expression on his face. He was shocked at the cold dark expression you had on your face.

"I hope you rot in the deepest parts of the underworld." Those were the only words you could say to him. You took your polerarm and ripped it out of his body so he fell to the ground. You looked at him while the shimmer from his eyes slowly faded away. The last look he had on his face was a smile.

Paimon was looking at you. She just saw you murder the one you loved. She was in shock by the events that just unfolded. All she knew is that you both were in an immense amount of pain. She flew to you and just held your hands. Worried that if she spoke you would break down. "Paimon thinks it's time we go" She saw you nod and then you both walked away from the ruined city. Now to honor your best friend you both are in search for her brother. Dreading the day that you have to tell him his beloved sister was killed.

AND THATS IT FOR TODAY. Sorry for Angst I just thought of it. Sorry for it being away I have school and other things. Anyway already working on another story so yea :). Also hopefully this isn't bad.
