Y/N's pov
I was currently at the Hybe company since Jungkook wanted to stay behind to practice more after their schedule has ended and invited me over to have dinner with him there instead. It wasn't my first time in this new building but there were many new faces, staff, here since they had more groups coming in. I was only worried that the staffs cannot be trusted because there were plenty of cases where the staff leaked things going on inside the building. Jungkook and I have been dating for over a year now, the company knows, the boys know and our families were well aware. The only people that do not know are the fans. There were plenty of times where Jungkook and I had a conversation about going public but everytime we do, it always ended up with sticking to being private for the time being because the boys were getting bigger everyday.
Jungkook really wanted to openly express his love to you to the whole world, tell them how in love he is, but he knew that you would get hurt by the fans. All he could possibly do to express his love for you is through writing songs.
I am currently eating with Jungkook and some of the staff since I bought extra snacks for the rest to eat. I have just left my work and it was pretty stressful because one of the workers did not get a report done. There was also an important meeting tomorrow. Ever since your dad has stepped down from his position in the company, you had to take over and it was a huge change for you but you managed to cope well.
"How was work baby?" Jungkook asked as he ate his ramen.
"Pretty stressful. One of them didn't get a report done by today and it was a mess to begin with. There's also a meeting with the head of ___ company since they're looking to collaborate with us. There's also new interns coming in tomorrow so I don't know how everything will go tomorrow" I said.
"So you'll have to go to work early tomorrow?"
"I guess. I have to check the report and prepare for the meeting" I sighed.
"Then we shouldn't stay here for long"
"It's okay, you want to practice. I'll just watch"
After finishing our dinner, Jungkook and I took a break and went to the upper level where they had a cafe with a beautiful view of Seoul. There was a big beanbag facing the floor to ceiling windows. Jungkook then plopped himself down and pulled me down along with him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and nuzzled his face into my neck.
"You smell amazing" he sighed in content then turning to the view.
"Thank you" I said resting my head on his shoulder.
We just sat there for awhile, chatting with each other and just embracing each other's touch and presence. It was so nice to be in the comfort of his arms after a long stressful day. It was like my worries were long gone. I forgot what I was stressing about.
"Sorry, Jungkook-shi, will you be using the dance practice room or will you just be in the studio?" one of their new staff asked.
"Just the studio, I'll be right there" he said.
"Is that a new staff?"
"Yeah, they recruited more staff, they're more stricter with them now." Jungkook said.
After awhile of comfortable silence, we decided to go back to the studio for him to work. I sat at the sofa in the studio and played with the nintendo switch which was laying on the sofa. He played a few samples for me and got all shy when the lyrics were all lovey dovey causing me to tease him about it.
"Should I make a vlive?" he asked.
"I think the fans are dying to see you" I said.
He then went out the room to ask the staff for the vlive phone. When he's back, he said that he was making a vlive so I had to be cautious.
"Annyeonghaseyo, hi everyone" he said and waved at the phone.
I smiled at how cute he looked, waiting for fans to join. He turned his head to me and smiled before turning back to the camera. I went back to playing the nintendo switch, making sure the volume was off so that they won't know that there was someone else in the room.
"Should I sing some songs?" he asked.
I turned my attention to him quickly and nod my head aggressively causing him to turn and laugh at my reaction. After he sang a few songs, he then decided to have a whole concert for the army. He set his phone up in a way where they could see his whole frame and he stood up and performed Euphoria.
"Aish, I forgot the dance" he said trying to remember the dance then laughing and looking at me who was trying my hardest not to laugh.
It went on and on until it was already 1am. He promised he would end the live at 12.50 but here we are dancing to another song.
"Okay okay, this is the last song. I really have to go after this" he said, looking at the comments.
He then performed 'So What'. After the song ended, I wanted to clap so badly but remembered that he was on live. He just smiled sheepishly and sat back on the chair, drinking water and reading the comments at the same time.
"Okay, that was the final song... It has been fun. thank you so much for staying and watching this live...take care... annyeong, good morning, good evening and good night. stay safe, see you in the next live" he waved then ended the live.
"Yah, I'm all sweaty now" he said turning to me.
"Go take a shower" I said.
"No" he teased and came closer to me.
"Jungkook noooo" I said trying to move further away.
"Why not, I just want a hug" he pouted.
" Not when you're all sweaty" I said causing him to chuckle.
He then turned off the computer and started to pack his things before we leave in his car to go back home.
