'just uh, holler if you need anything. ok? we'll uh, we'll holler back.' jj yelled.

'very helpful, thank you!' kie yelled back.

'yea cause yelling will stop me from getting eaten. it'll just make it think it's food comes with a soundtrack.' ivy scoffed. 'and kie, i'm just apologizing in advance if i kick you in the face.'

'wouldn't be the worst thing that's hit me in the face, and i swear to god if you laugh i'll yank your ankle right now.' kie smiled.

ivy stopped, reaching her hand up to give a thumbs up, 'copy that one.'

'kiara, ivy, you see anything?'

'yea, do you see the gun?'

'nothing!' kie called back.

'yea cause we're definitely going to find the gun 20 feet into the pipe, not like our flashlights wouldn't have picked it up from the outside.' ivy sighed, ducking her head down to miss a stray weed growing through the pipe.

'its probably at the bottom of the catch basin!'

ivy stopped once again, looking at the opening in front of her, looking up to see if it was safe for her to stand up in.

'alright we're here.' ivy said, putting her elbows into the water until her whole body was through the pipe, then standing up as she helped kie up.

'just start running your hands through the trash.' kie sighed.

'people are disgusting.' ivy mumbled, reaching down and throwing an empty soda can behind her.

kie then let out a gag, ivy's head turning in her direction to see her holding an empty condom wrapper.

'so is that yours and pope's?'

kiara then picked up an empty gatorade bottle and chucked it at ivy, who threw her one hand up in defense, 'i was kidding miss anger issues!'

'hey, hey i think i found something.' kie said. 'hey guys i think i found something!'

'what, what is it!' pope yelled.

as kie reached back into the water, ivy watched as the corpse of a dead animal was brought up, causing the two to scream.

'you guys there's something dead in here!' kie yelled.

'like a person?' pope screamed.

'don't touch it that's how you get worms!' jj added.

'did you guys find the gun, is it gavin?' pope continued.

'i don't fucking think it's a person unless it got chewed to bits by something else!' ivy screamed back.

'did you find the gun?' jj yelled.

'i'm gonna be sick.' ivy gagged. 'you owe us for life!'

the two then whipped around as the water around them began bubbling, then rising.

'shit, shit!' ivy yelled.

'guys, guys the water!' kie yelled.

'kiara, ivy, get out of there now!' pope yelled.

'we don't have time, guys!' kie screamed.

ivy and kie both held tightly onto the ladder with one hand, their free hands holding each others.

as the two went to take another step up, something hit ivy's foot under the water, knocking it from its place on the ladder, throwing her into the water.
