- Y/n's POV -

Today is the day.
My day.

I've been counting down for what feels like forever—crossing out dates on the calendar, twirling around the living room after dinner, practicing my pliés and pirouettes until I got dizzy. Ever since my teacher announced our first ballet recital a month ago, I've been dreaming about this moment—about the stage, the lights, the music... and most importantly, my seven amazing oppas sitting in the front row, cheering for me.

I made them pinky promise—every single one of them—that they wouldn't make any plans today. No work. No distractions. Just me. Just my recital. They all promised. And now, I'm in the dressing room, in my sparkly pink tutu, heart beating like a drum, with butterflies in my tummy, and a tiara sitting perfectly on my head thanks to my oldest brother.

"Do I look like a ballerina now, Jinnie Oppa?" I asked, trying to sit still while he placed the last silver hairpin into my hair.

He smiled at me through the mirror and gently adjusted the tiny tiara. "Of course, little sis. You're the prettiest ballerina in the entire recital."

I squealed, clapping my hands together. "Even prettier than the girl who has the solo?"

"Prettier than everyone," he said proudly, and I believed him.

Just then, the door creaked open and Yoongi Oppa stepped in, holding something behind his back. He looked sleepy as always, but he was smiling. "For our little superstar," he said, pulling out a small bouquet of pink and white flowers wrapped in sparkly paper.

My eyes got super big. "For me?!"

"Who else?" he said, kneeling down as he handed them over. I hugged the bouquet carefully, not wanting to mess up my dress.

"It smells like cotton candy!" I giggled. "Thank you, Yoongi Oppa!"

One by one, the rest of my brothers started to show up like superheroes in normal clothes.

Namjoon Oppa walked over, squinting at my ribbon belt. "Wait, this part's a little uneven. Let me fix it." He gently adjusted it and smiled. "There. Now you're recital-ready."

Hobi Oppa burst into the room next, spinning around and pretending to do ballet. "Look at me, Y/n! Am I doing it right? Twirl and leap!" He lifted his arms dramatically and ended up almost tripping over Jungkook, who was crouching next to me, tightening the ribbons on my ballet shoes.

"Hyung!" Jungkook cried, laughing. "You almost stepped on me!"

Everyone laughed, and I couldn't stop smiling. My cheeks hurt from how big I was grinning. My tummy still felt funny from the nerves, but with all my oppas around me, I wasn't scared anymore.

Jimin Oppa clapped his hands together, all serious like one of the dance teachers. "Alright, team! Our ballerina goes on in twenty minutes. Time to head to the stage!"

Then came Taehyung Oppa, kneeling down until we were eye to eye. He brushed a stray curl from my cheek. "Are you ready, princess?"

I nodded so fast, my tiara almost slipped—but it didn't, thanks to Jin Oppa's hairpin magic. "I'm ready!"

"Then let's go make the world fall in love with our ballerina," he said with a wink.

And just like that, I took a deep breath, held onto Jungkook Oppa's hand, and walked toward the stage, surrounded by all seven of my brothers—my cheerleaders, my heroes, my best friends.

I wasn't just a ballerina anymore.

I was their ballerina.

The big red curtain was still closed, and the stage lights peeked through the tiny gaps. I stood in the wings with the rest of my class, trying not to squirm. My hands were a little sweaty, and I kept wiggling my toes in my ballet shoes, just to make sure they were still tied tight.

I peeked out from behind the curtain, and my heart did a happy flip.

There they were.

All seven of them.
Front row. Smiling. Waiting for me.

Jin Oppa was already waving like crazy, even though I hadn't come out yet. Yoongi Oppa gave a small thumbs-up and a sleepy smile. Namjoon Oppa had his phone ready, pointing the camera at the stage. Hobi Oppa was bouncing in his seat like he was the one about to perform. Taehyung Oppa had this super proud look on his face, holding up a mini sign that said "Y/n ♡" in glittery letters. Jimin Oppa was grinning, clapping already, and Jungkook—he had both fists in the air like he was my personal cheer squad.

I giggled softly, then quickly turned back around before my teacher noticed I was peeking.

"Places, everyone," she whispered.

The music started.

The curtain slowly lifted, and the lights hit my face.

For a split second, I forgot the steps. My eyes got wide and I just... froze. The crowd looked huge. My tummy twisted again—but then, I saw them. My brothers. Clapping and smiling and mouthing, You got this.

I took a deep breath.
Lifted my arms like Miss Min taught me.
And started to dance.

First a twirl. Then a plié. Step, step, spin. Just like we practiced. I imagined I was a swan gliding over a lake. A glittery, sparkly swan with a tiara and pink shoes.

When it was my turn to go to the center and do my solo part—a small spin and graceful bow—I heard someone in the audience gasp and say, "She's adorable!"

That made me smile bigger. I saw Hobi Oppa jumping up in his seat, trying not to shout "That's my sister!" while Namjoon Oppa gently pulled him down by the shoulder, whispering something while chuckling.

When I finished the last pose and held it, hands high, chin up, toes pointed—

The crowd clapped. Loud.

And my brothers? They were the loudest.

Jin Oppa stood up first, clapping like crazy. Yoongi Oppa smiled wide and gave a standing ovation, even if he hated standing for long. Namjoon was still recording, but he was clapping too. Hobi was cheering like he just won the lottery. Taehyung threw heart fingers in the air. Jimin had tears in his eyes—real tears!—and Jungkook? He was yelling, "Y/n jjang!!" while cupping his hands like a megaphone.

I couldn't help it—I beamed. My cheeks hurt again from smiling, but I didn't care.

I did it.
I really did it.

After the show, I ran straight into their arms backstage. All seven of them surrounded me in a giant, warm group hug.

"You were amazing!" Jin Oppa said.

"Like a real fairy," Taehyung added.

"You didn't miss a single step," Namjoon smiled.

"I knew you'd be great," Yoongi said softly, patting my head.

"You're a natural-born star!" Hobi said with sparkles in his eyes.

"I almost cried," Jimin confessed, sniffing a little.

"You did cry," Jungkook teased, sticking out his tongue.

I giggled and held onto their hands tightly.

This was the best day ever.
Not just because I danced.
Not just because I wore a tiara.

But because all seven of my oppas were there to see me shine.
