My eyes shot open with a numb sensation across my body, I groaned with displeasure at the feeling between my legs, stretching my aching body, I looked down and saw I could not move an inch, I looked a muscular arm wrapped tightly around me, so tightly that it nearly choking me, Eric's heavenly scent invaded my senses as I slowly relaxed as his tender breaths fanned my neck giving me tranquillity and peace, it made my heart race.
I tried to move a bit but he grunted and snuggled his head deeper into my neck, I slowly lifted his hand off my body and made him lay flat on my back, I placed my head on his bicep and his hand got wrapped around my naked shoulders, I smiled slightly and placed my hand on his chest that rose rhythmically, he was so beautiful, so pure.
His beautiful blue eyes fluttered open and found mine, I was surprised that this time his eyes had no desire or lust, not even hate, it was filled with a certain innocence that I had never seen in my life, he tightened his arm around me and his lips formed into a smile as his hand came and tucked my auburn hair behind my ears gently, this simple act made my heart flutter.
I succumbed to my temptation and kissed his lips and hovered over him, our lips tangled into a fiery kiss overflowing with unknown emotion that I never knew existed until now, I straddled him over his sleeping body and he grabbed my face and kissed me deeply, I bit on his lips as his hands traced his marks on my neck, I giggled.
''I never meant to kill you'' he slowly whispered as he parted away I frowned not completely getting what he meant, I raised my brows'' You are so beautiful' he whispered kissing my head gently, I felt my heart in my throat
''You are my everything, I Love You baby'' he whispered with a genuine smile making my jaw drop in amazement, what was I hearing? I was about to confess that I had fell for him too, a long time back when he uttered those words that broke the glass of my existence into shards.
''I love you more than myself, Nova'' My eyes filled at these words as I got up from him and jumped off the bed, tears filling my eyes so much that everything went blur around me as I fell onto the ground Nova was still in his heart and I am nobody and I will never be, who did he think I was? How did I get into such a mess? Why don't I deserve love?
''Nova? Are you ok?'' Eric asked getting up from his bed using his elbows, coming towards me, his eyes filled with almost love, I wish he showed this love for me, Alas but no, It was for Nova, and it will always be Nova.
I got up and wiped my tears, I can't go weak now, if I do, I will be a weakling forever, I slapped him straight across his face, he gasped and looked at me with horror, anger and guilt, His hand rubbed his sore cheek and winced.
''Odette! Odette Rose Willow!'' I yelled, tears streaming down my face and wrapped my fingers around his neck and tried to choke him, I know I was being dramatic but it hurt so damn much.
His eye flashed with recognition making me withdraw my hand, Deep Breath Odette, His eyes ignited into a fire of rage and hate.
''You?!'' He growled as if he saw something disgusting ''What do you want?!''
