''What?'' I boomed onto the receiver but the line went dead as if the call never happened, I looked at Odette, she looked shattered and I knew why she was gloomy and heartbroken, I softly held her hand making her look at me, her eyes glossy
I smiled at her and nodded slightly making her lips twist up for a small smile, she was so gentle as she looked down at her fingers, I looked at my phone as worry gripped me.
How is Elijah and Nova related? Were they ok? Why is my heart pacing and darkening with the thought of an unknown fear?
As I was about to message them while being seated in my car, flashes of an opposite vehicle met my eyes and I looked up, before I could think of anything or recollect what was happening, the huge SUV smashed into my car making the class pierce my hand and throw me outside onto the road with immense force My head hit on the solid rugged asphalt, I couldn't even catch the driver, my eyes squinted as I saw a silhouette of who was driving it was a female.
Pain shot through my being as blood dripped down my mouth, falling onto the dark tar, My mind swirled as my vision blurred, I looked at my upside-down car and saw her hand hanging outside , dripping with blood, lifeless.
''Rose!'' I tried to yell but it came out hoarse and laced with pain, As pain and agony flurried through my body, I got up using my bruised elbows, strength leaving my body, breathing hard, I grabbed my broken phone and decided to call Alex with all my strength, I had to do this , My Rose is dying.
''Al-Alex Track my location, Fast, we are lo-loosing time'' I managed to whisper before my phone dropped from my hands, I looked at my left bicep, a shard of glass pierced in making the blood ooze out of my hands, I held the wound and growled in pain, it was soo deep that I could only catch the edge of the glass buried deep inside my skin.
I looked at Odette as tears streamed down my bloodied face, I could not help her, I could not tell her how much I love her, am I going to die? I don't want to die so fast.
