(AN: This chapter will have a lot of time skips, just pay attention to that)

I stare out the window, this ride can not go any slower.  It even seems that the town is running slow. Sapnap and George have been reading their books the entire ride home. I know that they know their potions, so I don't understand why they're even looking in the book.

"You guys know your potions already, why are you still looking through the book?"

"We still can't decide on what potion to talk about." Sapnap answers, still looking in the book.

"Yup, so we've been trying to decide on what potion, by seeing which one is easier." George mumbles.

"Okay, but make sure it's not a potion we've already done in class." I respond.

"Okay." They answer at the same time, not looking up at all.

I roll my eyes.

I look out the window and see we're arriving at the castle.

"Well, here's your stop. See ya tomorrow." I wave at them.

"Bye, see ya tomorrow." They wave back.

They turn around and start walking away. The castle gates open, allowing the carriage in. Once the carriage stops, a worker opens the door for me. I climb down from the carriage and run into the castle. I see Bad and Skeppy walking in the hallway. I quickly greet them.

"Hey Dad and Skeppy! I'm going to finish some homework in my room! So please don't disturb me! Okay bye, love you!"

I run up stairs and close my bedroom door. Ollie is laying on the bed, his head perks up from the noise. "Hey Ollie, I think I found something that can help me. But you can't tell anybody about it." Ollie winks, I grab the book from my bag. "Alright I found this, and I think it could tell us something." I drop the book onto my bed, Ollie hops over to it. I hang up my mask and lay next to the book. I look up at the ceiling, thinking about the promise.

"I...I accept." I shake Fundy's hand, he smiles.

"Happy to be working with you. First thing first, we know that the "earthquake" was abnormal. That's established."

I nod my head, wanting him to continue.

"So you look through that book of magic, I'll look through some of my books, then we'll meet after school on Friday."

"Bummer, I don't think my dad will allow me to stay after school. You know, since the "earthquake"."

"Okay then, how about I go to your castle. Then we can discuss it there."

"I have to ask my dad about it first. What about your parents?"

"Parent, and, I'm sure they'll say yes as well."

Dang it, I thought that would stop him. I sigh, and shake my head. I guess it's too late to go back now.

"Okay, tomorrow I'll tell you if it's a yes."

"Alrighty then, let's talk tomorrow."

"See ya."

"See ya tomorrow, Dream."

I sigh and grab the book, opening it once more. Ollie lays next to me. I pet him, and start to read.
