The Reaping

Willow stared at the mirror the Reaping it was her last year,but she would probably be picked as a tribute, her name was in there 50 times.

Her younger brother charged in,"It's time." They walked down the streets. Willow took her place with the other girls.

The woman walked over to the girls side and pulled out an envelope."Willow Mason." Willow was shocked at first, but it began to sink in that she was probably going to die. slowly she walked up to the stage. The lady walked over to the boys side and pulled out an envelope,"Timber Woods," her boyfriend.

The Peacekeepers dragged then away to the justice building. Willow's family came in. She hugged her parents and her brother. Willow stared at her family,"Whatever happens I want you to be strong. Okay." Her mom nodded. The peacekeepers dragged them away but she caught the last word her brother said,"Win." "I'll try," she yelled. Willow ran out of the justice building and right up to Timber,"What are we going to do?"she whispered."I don't know."
