The ride to Valedale village was magical. The old, dirt roads that led deeper into the forest and closer to the mountains. Getting a better view of the Jorvik nature, Estelle was able to see how enchanting the forest was. How the trees were standing tall, wood dark oak and leaves green as the early summer, even though it was the beginning of autumn. The whole ride to Valedale brought peace and was a nice experience for both Estelle and Alf. Closing up on a stable, that came visible to sight, did Alf park near it. Exciting the car first he was greeted by a person, who seemed to work in the stables. Not long after would he wave Estelle to come out.'' Estelle, this is Clarie, she is the stable warden. Say hello. ''
Alf smiled, expecting Estelle to greet as he stood next to her and in front of Clarie.
'' I am Estelle, it's a pleasure meeting you. Haha, we just thought of coming by as Lisa, a nice person we met earlier suggested there would be horses here to my liking. Since I am looking for one. ''
Estelle smiled and calmly greeted the lady, explaining her reasoning for coming so she could hopefully get help.
'' Oh. What a pleasure. You look like someone familiar, but I can't quite put my finger on it. But yes, yes, I am Clarie as you're aware of. I am happy you have chosen Valedale. The horses are over by the druid's house, just across the stone bridge. ''
Clarie seemed confused, but gave off a smile pointing to where the bridge was placed.
'' Huh, funny. I heard almost the same thing earlier, from Lisa. As said, people tend to find their long lost twin across the world. But yes, thank you. ''
Estelle jokingly said once again, before heading to the bridge. Leaving Clarie to continue on with her work.
Crossing the bridge Estelle was already able to see the horses. They were huge, with big hooves and long hair. They almost looked like magical beings. Standing tall and looking down at her, once she got close enough. Lisa was right, these horses were definitely to her liking. Getting closer, did Estelle lean over the fence and reach her hand out to pet one of the horses standing close by. Snow white hair, and dark brown fur, with summer green eyes. The horse in front of her was a real beauty.
'' Find a horse of interest? ''
A man's voice could be heard, just behind her. Estelle assumed it would be the man who sold the beautiful horses.
'' Well yes, you have quite some pretty and beautiful horses. This brown one especially. A girl I met earlier at the Ranch, told me there would be some here to my linking. ''
Estelle smiled and turned her attention from the horse and around to see the person behind her. Standing there, would be a tall man. However, his face was hidden by the fabric of his grey clothings. A long hood, which covered his face well. His voice was very deep, giving out that it was an adult.
'' Oh my, how interesting. ''
Was all the Druid could say, upon seeing Estelles face. He was fully aware that this was not who he had hoped to be. A sad truth, for him. But, he kept his feelings hidden well so Estelle wouldn't notice.
'' What is? ''
Estelle tilted her head to the right side, giving a warm smile. Still not sure what the Druid was talking about.
'' Just the horses. Please, have a look and just come find me when you've decided which horse you wish to purchase. ''
The Druid would bow his head down, before taking his leave. However, his mind was filled with different thoughts. He knew in his mind that the girl, Estelle was talking about who had suggested for her to come to Valedale, was Lisa, none other. The question was, what was she planning?
