The group was ready. This time around Subaru did not need the help of Julius. He and Beatrice were ready for action. Crusha and most of the soldiers were planning on returning to the capital. Julius and remaining of the Iron fang was ready to escort them. The meeting point was a bit further away.
Subaru:- "So, we part ways here. Best of luck Crusha-san!"
Crusha:- "Subaru you,..... Ahem nothing. Yes until we meet again to celebrate our victory!"
Rem:- "I shall be staying back. Thank you for you help."
Crusha:- "Yes, Felix and Wilhelm assist Subaru to the best of your abilities!"
"YES!!"
Ricardo:- "Let's go bro!"
Subaru:- "Yeah!"
Mimi:- "Mimi is ready to kill! We shall massacre our enemies!"
Subaru:- "You seem to be motivated a lot ha?"
Hetaro:- "You took that well!"
Ricardo:- "As expected of the Hero who defeated "The White Whale' ha ha ha ha!"
Subaru:- "I did not do it alone, WE are the HEROES who slayed the White Whale!"
The people around were astonished yet again by the boy's mindset and humble nature. Everyone knows that winning with no casualties is a miracle! No, a divine blessing in itself! Yet he was so down to earth and not focusing on this feat he was set on doing something even greater. As if slaying the white whale was only the starters! He was looking at the bigger picture, which no one else could phantom!
Felix:- "You are too humble!"
Subaru:- "I only state the truth!"
The carriage with Crusha and a bunch of soldiers left. The remaining people were tasked with following Subaru.
Subaru:- "Ahem alright everyone, we will be leaving now! Get ready!"
Subaru's next course of action was to ensure that the villagers do go to the sanctuary. He could not compromise with this incident. This incident lead to severe growth of everyone in Emilia camp. Not just that but it also grew in number! Plus as long as Subaru doesn't mess up, there will be zero casualties like last time. Wait did he just Jinx it?
Rem:- "So Ricardo and the iron fang went ahead to deal with the witch cultist at their respective hideouts. Why did you do that?"
Subaru:- "There is a somebody whom I want to save, he is my closest friend. At least in the future."
Rem:- "I see...."
Wilhelm:- "Subaru-dono, I have been needing to ask you something for sometime now."
Subaru:- "What is it?"
Wilhelm:- "What did you say to Reinhard to make him shiver and react like that?"
Subaru had been trying to not speak about that yet, but Felix who was there along with those who weren't, everyone was curious. He knew some answer had to be given.
Subaru :- "It was about Reinhard's greatest mistake, regret and scar. An incident which made him obsessed with the concept of 'HERO', Greed made use of this to get his attention. Which was unforgivable!"
People around him got the cue, 'not to question further'. They got to what they were doing before. Rem also held her curiosity at bay.
Mimi:- "Yo! We are back! With captives too!"
???:- "I am not a witch cultist! Please let me go!"
The voice was very familiar, it was Otto! Subaru was happy that he was as lively as ever.
Subaru:- "Alright, let's get going shall we? Don' treat him too harshly, ok?"
Hetaro:- "Where are you going? What about the other two?"
Subaru:- "O..OTH....OTHER TWO!!!"
???:- "LET US GO! WHAT IS GOING ON!"
???:- "OI, DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY WIFE! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, OR WHAT YOU ARE BUT WE ARE NOT PART OF SOME OCCULT!"
Subaru:- "HA? Thi....this voice......"
Subaru started to tremble. He was shocked, no being shocked is an understatement. Land slipped from under his feet. It was as if ghosts were standing in front of him.
???:- "THAT VOICE, SU...SUBARU! YOU ARE NATSUKI SUBARU? AREN'T YOU?!"
Rem:- " What the.. they seem to know you! Remove their blind folds!"
The two strangely dressed people were tied with a rope and blind folded as Subaru had only mentioned about the green person. They were freed from their bindings and allowed to see around them.
???:- "SUBARU! YOU ARE NATSUKI SUBARU AREN'T YOU!?"
The two people, supposedly a couple, were in tears. They knew Subaru but who were they!?
Subaru:- "MOM! DAD!"
Kenchi:- "SON!"
Naoko:- "Subaru! MY BOY! MY SUBARU!"
The three hugged each other leaving everyone around them baffled!
