You and Gojo used to date. You both teach at Jujutsu Tech but never speak to each other. One night you go out with your friends but see him there. After that night some things are blurry about what happened after you left the club but Gojo...
After going home you did your usual and showered, cleaned up her room, ate dinner, and went to bed. The whole time you thought about what happened and chuckles to yourself a little. Even though you weren't going to do anything to him it felt good to mess with Gojo a little. But you couldn't shake the feeling that it would had been nice to have the choice to keep going with-. You shook your head almost blushing and laid down trying to go to sleep ns after a few minutes you did.
After your alarm woke you up, you got out of bed and started your day. While brushing your teeth you got a message and checked it when you were finished. What it said made you smile and open it all the way.

-Good morning beautiful. I hope you slept well.
For some reason it just felt refreshing to see the text even though he'd send you something like this all the time while you two were split up but then he sent a selfie of him lightly smiling still in bed under the covers.

He's always looked hot but in the morning there was just something about it that made him even sexier. Seeing him all tired with bed head made you smile and think about texting him back. After thinking about what to say you texted.
Good morning Gojo.-
-How are you this morning.
I'm doing well. And you?-
-I'm doing good so far. - was wondering... -I thought about taking you to a coffe e shop for breakfast. -would you like to go with me before classes?
You read what he was typing and thought things through wondering why he was pushing things a little fast but didn't want to start any type of conflict by asking and just agreed.
sure. At what time.- -in about an hour -I'll pick you up?
sounds ok to me. - See you then.

You smiled and chuckled a bit to yourself while putting your phone down and getting ready the rest of the way. After getting dressed you looked at the time and it had been an hour. Just then, you heard the door bell ring. After going downstairs grabbing your things to go you asked who it was at the door before opening it.
"It's Satoru" after taking your keys out your pocket you unlocked the door opening it to see him in his regular uniform and sunglasses. He smiled at you. "Hey. You ready?"
"Hey Gojo, yeah I'm ready." you stepped out the house locking it. Gojo helped you to his car and you could tell he felt nervous to say something wrong or out of place.
You two drove to the cafe and sat down to eat. While ordering Gojo spoke a little to break the awkward silence that kept coming out of nowhere
"So...what do you plan on ordering." You slowly moved the menu down from your face and looked up at him.
"...I don't know yet....what about you"
"I don't know...I was thinking about coffee and a grilled cheese but...I'm not so sure." He kept his eye on you while he talked and it seemed like he was slowly going into a daze just looking at you.
".....what"
"....I-....nothing sorry" he slowly snapped out of it while the waitress came over to take the order.
"What would you fine couple like today." You looked at her about to correct what she said but Gojo cut you off by ordering.
"I would like some coffee and a grilled cheese please." She asked how he wanted it but you blocked out the words and just stares at Gojo then he looked at you.
"Miss....ma'am and for you?" You slowly snapped out of it and looked at the waitress. "What would you like..." you looked at Gojo then back at the lady.
".... The same as him please" she nodded while writing it down and said it would take 15 minutes. Gojo nodded but you turned your head and looked out the window blushing being a little embarrassed. After she walked away Gojo reached across the table and grabbed the hand gently holding it.
"....you ok?" You pulled your hand away after a few seconds and nodded. He looked at your hand then around at the coffee shop. "Did I do something?" He looked at you again and waited for your response in any way but you didn't give him one. ".....is this because of how I cut you off just now?"
"So you knew what it was and-" he already knew what was about to happen and shook his head.
"I'm sorry I cut you off...But are we not a couple?" You shook your head a bit and looked at him.
"No....we aren't Gojo, starting over means starting over. Which also means we're just friends....please don't go around saying otherwise." He kept looking at you while you talked and nodded to himself.
"I won't, your right sorry about that" he smiled his regular smile even though it wasn't a real one and agreed with your words.
The waitress brought both of your food after a while and you both ate while he brought up small things to break the awkwardness over and over till it was about time for you both to get to the school. He checked the time and put the money on the table as you both got up and left.
On the drive there it was quiet but 2 minutes in he spoke again. "So.....about yesterday.."
"....yeah?"
"I know you weren't gonna do anything...but you came close to...why'd you push it so far."
"...to see what you would do...." You looked over at him driving and scanned his body. He even looked hot driving. Gojo looked at you though his sunglasses as the car came to a stop light. You both made and kept eye contact the whole time not noticing how long it was being held. Just as you took a small deep breath you looked at his lips and someone honked from behind making you jump, snap out of it then turn looking out the window with a large blush. Gojo chuckled under his breath with a light smirk seeing how flustered you were and just turned looking at the rode and drove off.
