The ghost mansion

Outside the dark grass and mysterious gravestones is a mansion full of ghosts. It's cold and dark outside. The inside is grim with noises to be heard. There comes five glowing dots floating around before it enlarges to all five Heart Gods. Sweetheart and Lady are next to each other, Light and Cream are hugging each other shaking, and King is standing there with his staff before looking around.

Light asked, "K-King, why're we all down here?"

King turns around looking at him, "You don't know? There's a rescue mission that requires our help."

"You know very well I'm scared of ghosts! The fact that this place has a lot of those doesn't help!"

Lady steps in, "Light calm down, it's okay. We won't be here for too long. We just need to find one person."

Cream runs up to King before hugging him, "I'm scared. Hug me."

King hugs her back, "It's okay. I'm right here. I'll let you do this mission with me if you want."

Light hides behind him, "Please take me with you. I'm so scared."

"I'm so sorry but I've already told you that somebody has to go alone to search for her. Sometimes it's good to get out of your comfort zone."

No one said anything. Light stopped shaking. He just stood there while tears start coming down his face.

Sweetheart finally said something, "Light, it's okay. I can go with you if you really don't wanna be alone."

There was no response as his tears continue to fall to the ground. He begins to sniffle while wiping tears away.

King begins to yell, "Come on Light! We don't have all day to stand there! That young lady's gonna die if you don't stop your crying and make up your mind!"

Light begins to sob uncontrollably before he runs off while Lady takes a few steps, "Light wait! Come back!" She watches him run upstairs before turning left and is nowhere to be seen.

Sweetheart walks up to King before slapping him in the face. A fight then broke out before Cream was able to break it up.

"Sweetheart! King! Stop! There's no need for this!"

Lady responds, "Yeah King, you're what caused Light to run off. If I find him crying he's coming with me till we find her."

She continues while walking off with Sweetheart and Cream, "You owe him an apology when we find him."

King watch everyone else walk off without him. He lets out a sigh, "What have you got yourself into? Nothing ever goes to plan lately." He starts walking to catch up to the others.

Meanwhile, Light's walking across the hallway shaking with his staff. Panting, chattering, and sweating. He continues to look left and right before a drop of water landed on his shoulders. He lets out a scream before falling to the floor.

"Sweetheart! Lady! Cream! Somebody!" He curls up like a ball and burst to tears.

While he cries his heart out, there's an open door that leads to a bedroom. Inside is a girl with blue and white hair. She hears the commotion before running out of the room to see him on the floor. It took her a moment to recognize his teal hair.

"Yukuru?"

He stops sobbing before wiping his tears away. He heard a familiar voice. He then looks at her. Yellow and pastel purple eyes sparkling with her flower pupils. His eyes widen to realize the person he and the gods were looking for was his love interest.

He gets up, puts away his staff, and dash towards her. He and her hug it out for a bit before looking at each other.

"Oh Iris, I thought I never see you again."

She was silent for a bit before responding, "You don't wanna know how I escaped hell. I thought I was going to die."

A voice is heard, "No way! You actually found her!"

He and Iris turn to see Sweetheart, Lady, Cream, and King run up to them before stopping in front of them. 

When they realize who they were after, Cream asked King, "Woah, is that the love interest Light's been talking about?"

"That's right. I thought she was dead."

Iris respond, "That's because I escaped hell and land myself here to escape the demons."

Light starts shaking, "I-Iris there's ghosts in here. Do you have any idea what they can do to you?"

"About that. They're gone. I got rid of every last one of them throughout my stay here."

Everyone went silent. Especially since Light stopped shaking. Realizing they feared for their safety for nothing.

Light finally said something, "I can't believe I got so scared for no reason."

King responds to him, "I can't believe I got so worked up over nothing."

Lady responds to Iris, "Well thanks for making this easy I guess."

"It's not a problem. I got sick of them following me around so I got rid of them. Oh yeah, I've actually been banished from hell. So."

She got on her knees when they all look confused, "Please forgive me for all of the sins I've committed. All I could ask for is to be with the love of my life for all eternity."

King looks at her for a moment before looking at the gods. Sweetheart, Lady, and Cream all nodded before looking at Light.

"Please. She means so much to me." He continues to look at him before knelling to her and lifts her chin.

She looks at him to see the smile, a look she hasn't seen in so long, "I'll be happy to forgive you. I'll even let you two have a wedding together if you wish to be married."

Light covers his mouth to his shock, "Are you for real?"

King magically creates two engagement rings and place them on their fingers. He looks at the ring with tears in his eyes before Iris kiss him. His happy tears fell from his face before he shut his eyes and kiss her back. Sweetheart and Lady were smiling while Cream hugs King then watch them kiss.

Both disconnect their lips when he wipes his tears away. They both look at him, "King, I would love to marry her. I want to be with her for all eternity."

"For sure. Let's get ready before you do that."

"Right." He picks her up then disappears into a glowing dot and floats away.

After they float away, the rest nod at one another before disappearing into glowing dots and float away.
