'' I LOST MY RUYI '' I mumbled to myself with pain once the judge gave the decision.

'' Your honor , Please ! please ! Don't give my Ruyi to her , She will destroy her life just like she did to me '' I pleaded with tears flowing down my eyes

'' This is my final decision , Mr park " The judge said

'' Please , Your honor , at least let Ruyi spend today with me . I requested

'' Fine ! Permission granted , The court lets Park Ruyi spend today's day with her father , Mr park Jimin. The police will come by your house tomorrow to get Park Ruyi '' The judge finally spoke and left the court

''Thank you , Your honor '' i said and kept on bowing until she left the court and looked at Ruyi , at least I can have her for today I thought to myself , I saw Irene busy with Jackson , treating his bleeding lip so I took the chance to leave , I carried Ruyi and left the court.

The car ride was quiet , I thought Ruyi must be tired with all the drama today .

'' Ruyii ! wanna grab your favorite ice cream ? " I asked to cheer her up . An instant smile appeared on her face . I took that as a yes and drove us to a ice cream place . We bought her favorite flavor and left home .

AT HOME

When we reached home I noticed that dentist playing with a puppy in front of her house ''Childish'' I thought , Immediately Ruyi left my hand and ran towards her

'' Aunty ! Did you treat the puppy ? "She asked her . Y/n nodded smiling . The puppy kept jumping in her hands and she gave it to Ruyi . Ruyi started giggling when the puppy licked her face .

'' Dad look ! This puppy is so cute '' She said laughing

''Yes Ruyi , It is '' I replied

'' Can we keep it dad ! please ! please !'' She asked

"No baby , your grandma is allergic to animals "I said

'' No problem Ruyi , i'll keep the puppy and you can visit my house whenever you fell like meeting it, okay ?'' Y/n spoke

'' Okay , fine ! but I want to play with it now ! '' Ruyi whined and turned her head towards me

'' DAD ! DAD ! Can I play with the puppy now , I promise i'll be back home for lunch , please ! '' she pleaded

'' Fine '' I said and gave her a smile . I was about to enter the house when suddenly my mom came out

'' Did we get the custody ? '' My mom shouted in excitement . Looking at my hurtful expression she figured out we didn't get Ruyi's custody .

''Ruyi's custody is temporarily given to irene '' i whispered in a feeble voice . Tears started flowing from my moms eyes .

''I am sorry m-mom'' I said and my voice cracked at the end , I saw my mom opening her arms so that i can hug her , I slowly went towards my mom and hugged her , We both cried in each other arms and suddenly the door opened and i saw my father standing there with tears in his wrinkled eyes .
