Shiryu

It's been 45 minutes since I arrived in this strange world. What the hell did that god want from me to put me here? I still don't know if I can trust this girl enough to tell her everything that's happened, and my position in the dragon world. As much peril as the dragon world was in right now, why am I here? As the war chief's son, I need to be there! A god WOULD come up at the perfect time and take me to an entirely different world at the absolute worst timing on the planet. Well maybe not this planet! Haha funny prank!!! Next time I see that punk ass, I'll make sure he never sees anything again, damn it. Alright then, let's do this, can't die here since I got a god to kill.

"Let me handle this, I won't kill any of them if I hold back in my dragon form. I'm not sure what I can do in this human form, but I'm not sure this is the place to try."

As she nodded, I proceeded with my transformation. Wh- my dragon form, I can't transform. This would be a place to panic, but only if you're a pussy. Am I a pussy? I'm kinda panicking... alright then! Let's unsheathe this bastard and get the ball rolling. Charging in I thought, finally I might get a challenge, since fighting as a dragon's too easy. Here, maybe this form's not as strong as I'm thinking, I better slow down and actually focus here..
Though it really doesn't matter if the form is strong. Because I'm in the Bushido family, a long line of a warrior dragon clan with the ability to stop time. My record is to stop time for around a second and a half but some in my family have gone up to ten seconds. Meaning that, these bullets should be easy to knock-out. Let's test it, shall we? The bullets moved so fast, I couldn't see them, but could only sense them. I then used the ability of the Bushido family lineage, and batted the bullets away in an intant.

"They won't be able to shoot again for a moment, take the left side out!"

I yelled to Mayu. She nodded then focused her breathing. Within around four seconds, all of the riflemen were knocked out, except for the one that had told her off previously. He was unarmed and that alarmed both of us at the time but now we could see why completely. Getting closer to him, you can see his build. He was incredibly muscular, strong enough that he won't need any type of gun to murder you. On his cap it read "Police Chief Gushiken." As I was contemplating what to do, in a single moment he was in front of me. I activated my ability as quickly as dragonly possible but, he was faster than my time skip. How!?

The pain hasn't kicked in yet surprisingly. Wait! What's that on his ring finger!? It was an amulet, a ring type of sorts, with a purple light emerging from it. I didn't know it was possible to be faster than a time stop... was that ring the cause? Or was it something else? Whatever it may be, I don't have time to think about it, the only thing I can think about is how not to fly straight into this mountain. Before I had time to think about it, arms wrapped around me and I was pulled to the side of the field and dropped off gently in a matter of a half of a second. Light brown hair flew through the wind and I realized, it was her... she had that marvelous speed, however she may have gotten it. A scowl formed on her face as she faced the man, turning her head slowly from me to him. The man smirked and said

"Hey girly, you're not too bad for someone with only a partial bit of dragonsblood."

She looked at him again, but this time with a puzzled look on her face.

"So you don't even know, my lucky day."

He grinned and licked his lips creepily, which then formed into a smirk. He got into a battle-ready position and starting laughing,

"Come at me, if you're not trembling in fear already."

"It's a tr-"

Then I felt my consciousness fading away before I could finish the warning.

Mayu

"Dikkuheddo."

If I have this speed, I'm gonna abuse it. Let's also bash in this guy's throat for pissing about in the middle of town fighting teenagers for fucks sake. This bitch has got me hella pissed off. Doing that with this power, that's a deathwish. I flew in for a quick right jab, but he blocked my fist with his arm, rendering me useless for a quarter of a second. Luckily he made a blunder, and kicked up, which took a third of a second to complete, while a simple right jab would have taken less than a quarter. I guess he was taking a gamble to render me useless quicker, while also testing my speed. May not have been a blunder, but just a simple test of my speed. I backed up a couple feet to try to read into his next move. He took a deep breath, which I assume was to lure me out to bait that a big attack was coming. So I did the exact opposite and went in, I channeled all my power from my head all the way down to my toes, focusing all of that into my hand, I call it, Koyo-Ken.

"Power Breaker, full throttle."

His wrist lit up with a very eminent purple glow, and the speed of his fist matched mine, and it looked to be a straight collision, which I hated taking the chance of, but really there was no other choice but to take the chance. He smirked and raised the speed, while I did the same, bracing for impact. This would be the deciding factor of our fight, the climax, and I will win! For me, for Shiryu, for the family I left behind. This is my story, and I won't be swayed by fate to change it! I yelled out a war of faith, and hoped. Though right when our fists struck each other, I realized how I was severely underprepared and outmatched. By the words he said earlier, it should have been complete evidence why, but I was so engulfed by rage that I didn't pay attention to his warning. This might be where my story will end.

Shiryu

Where am I? I was standing in the middle of what seemed to be an infinite void, unable to move, or see anything besides myself. A voice wrapped around me so tightly, I thought it was my imagination or the void getting to me. Until he came out of thin air, then I knew who it was and just how real it really was.

"You remember me fondly I'm presuming, yes?"

Said the stupid god from across the damn galaxy far, far away. I didn't even feel like giving him the satisfaction of responding, so I just scoffed, then looked away completely. I can't beat his ass in an infinite void while I'm sleep- wait oh yeah... I got knocked out by that burly bastard. Wait!
"Hey, god, you know some stuff don't you, how's she doing?"

"So you finally decided to talk, guess your memories of me weren't as fond as I was originally thinking, hm?"

The god replied back.

"Stop talking out of your ass and give me a damn answer."

And shit did he give me an answer...

"She's unfortunately fighting a losing battle, Chief Gashukin isn't just a police chief, but a part of the Heavenly Knights Brigade, Earth's secret force to dispatch otherworldly creatures. Gashukin is one of the "Eight Rings", the Heavenly Knight Brigade's strongest force. Unfortunately, it would be outside of my jurisdiction to give you any more information on the matter, but please don't worry, fate will surely secure her life, if nothing else."

He then faded back into the dark, infinite void, and my consciousness slowly arose. It arose to something I was not prepared at all to see...
