so i was reading this fan fic https://archiveofourown.org/works/25896415 and as gay as it is, it made me realize that SURELY after avengers nat had trauma?
like she was chased and had imminent death from the hulk on the quinjet. Yet she forms a romantic relationship with Bruce in age of Ultron, it makes no sense.
im also quite sure that after being chased by your co-workers angry alter ego would mess up your brain a bit. i mean of course Natasha had mental conditioning in the red room, but a trauma that could of caused her loss of life would not be something you would want to revisit and most definitely not something you would want to plan on settling down with. it just annoys me that the writers completely overlooked Natasha's mental toll from avengers, i mean her trauma has been looked upon before in the marvel films, and more in black widow, but I'm either really gay or actually have a brain.
