'Y/n and jacks superhero' ( a Hotchner story)

Chapter 20

There I was holding hope and carina and Em have million questions. I told Em to call the team and have them come over. So I made my way to my room to change. The kids where getting up , we were still on pairs time . So I walked in and told the kids who's downstairs. We heard everyone. Jack was 9 so he helped me with Jackson he was two and walked Grace was 5. So as I walked down holding hope.all I saw was the team back towards me.

Hey guys , was all I said holding hope. as they slowly turned around. " what the he—" Derek said " uncle Dave!!!" The kids ran up to him , " y/n you have a lot of explaining to do" jj said.

Truth is I found I was pregnant with hope when Aaron was in the hospital, the day he give his last breath was when I found out it was a girl, after his funeral I needed to clear my head, I wasn't supposed to get back after I had hope but Jack missed his bed and I missed home . And home isn't a home without family and your my home. So came back two hours ago the kids were asleep and then Emily came in, and found me and 5 minutes in my water broke. I'm sorry if I left without saying goodbye. But we're home for good. Right kids? Yes!!!!!!!!!
"Forever home"  Jack said.  Dave came and brought me in for a hug. Then one hug tuned into a group hug. " we're glad your back" Em said I'm glad to be back. " what's wrong y/n"  JJ said. Im a 25 year old single mom with 4 kids . I said as I started crying. " my love it's okay" carina said no it's not, I gotta get the kids back in school, I gotta ask Strauss for my old job back. If not I gotta get a new job. " y/n you can have you job back" Dave said. Dave you can't tell me I can have my old job back " yea I can because I'm head of department chief and Em is unit chief" Dave said. Well then I guess I'm back. So the team stayed that's night. The kids went to school the following Monday as I re started the bau hope goes to daycare at the bau and what we have a case Penelope and carina help watch the kids. . That Monday we got a new case, my first case in forever.  I was the first one one on the jet. I started thinking about Aaron.

Aaron: why are you starting at me
Y/n:because I love my husband
Aaron:y/n I love you to no go to sleep
Y/n: goodnight Aaron I love you
Aaron: goodnight y/n love you

I was pulled out of my thoughts when I felt hands on my shoulder I looked up see Emily. She's sat next to me on the jet. " hey y/n if you want jj and I can move in with you and carina to help with the kids. Thanks Em. As we fished the Em and jj moved in it was fun . Unless when's our shark week and it's normally on the same day of the same week, we all became a bitch. We will yelled at each other or crying with each other. Depending on our mood swings.
I love my family.Each year the team and I and the kids we will visit Aaron at the grave tell stories and we will all go over to Dave for dinner and drinks.

5 years later

I married to carina, Em and jj are married and there still leaving with me. Jack 14 a freshman in high school. Jackson is 7 and in 2nd grade. Grace is 10 and in 3rd grade. Hope is 5 and is in first grade.  This was my new family and I loved it. Spencer is dating this girl Elle who's new to the bau .Derek and Penelope and soon to be married. As we celebrate my 30th birthday at our house, it was gift time . Jack get a gift from his room. Who's gift should I opened first. " open mine last"  I laughed and said okay. As I opened everyone gift, carina got a necklace  it was a bear that had mama bare with the kids name . Em and jj , got me a few new sex toys , Elle and Spencer got me a wrinkled in time book. Penelope and Derek got a gifted cards for coffee. Dave got me a college fun for the kids. Grace , Jackson and hope, made a picture frame and it had a picture of the team and the kids. " now mine  but read the card" Jack said
As I read the card I noticed it was Aaron handwriting.

"Y/n happy birthday my love , now your getting this on your 25th birthday but if you don't and you getting it now on your 30th birthday. Wow my beautiful wife is old just kidding my love. Now you may notice one thing I'm not here to help celebrate your birthday but always remember I'm yours and Jack superhero.baby your amazing I love you so much. And I sorry if I left you and the kids too soon. Now you can open your gift. As I pulled up the box I un did the tissues and my heart broke at was I saw. It was a 3 costume made blanket. One was a picture of Jack and I with Aaron that said y/n and Jack superhero. And another of the team and the last one was blanked but there was a note " y/n this is blank because I want you to add the kids our kids, I don't get to grow up with with them but I will always be watching from about. Take care my sweet love" at this point I'm in full tears crying, and Jack hugs. " mom I miss daddy, but please promise me you won't leave me too" Jack said , I pulled him tighter Jack I'm never leaving you or your brother and sister alone , not now not ever . " good because I love you" I love you too jack. As the we cute cake and the night slowly die , I noticed something falling for the night sky. " is it snowing" Em asked. " it's actually a wood chipper and block of cheese." Dave said "why" Derek said. " because it was a gift from Aaron to y/n" Dave said.

I always told Aaron how I wanted snow.*sobbing * as I just stand crying my eyes out going in circle looking-at the night sky. I saw a shooting star . I made a wish . I look up at the sky I saw I missed you write in the sky with the stars. Aaron? I smiled and whisper to myself. I went back with everyone and we dance and laughed together. I got cold so I grabbed my blanket the one of my superhero. love you Aaron.

Aaron became my superhero the day I showed up at his door step cover in cigarette burn and bruises everywhere. That afternoon I met Jack and his hug was something I love. For a while it has been Jack and I with Aaron. One day I asked Jack who's his superhero and why , he choose his dad Aaron because he help others and it's true because Aaron help me. And there for Jack and I have a superhero who's named is Aaron.
