Alex didn't know where to place his hands as Miles kissed him breathless. He was pushed up against a wall and sitting atop his bike, Miles standing between his legs and taking complete and utter control. Alex wouldn't say it out loud but he liked it that way.
It's not like he needed to, Miles knew.
It was as Miles was sucking hickeys into his neck that Alex's breath hitched and his hands moved to clench around fistfuls of Miles' shirt that the man in question looked up at him with a slight smirk.
"Enjoying ourselves, are we?"
"Careful. I- ah! I don't want any visible marks I'll have to explain later."
Alex groaned into Miles shoulder.
"What, like this?"
Miles sucked a bruise high up on Alex's neck, a dark purple that he knew he'd have to cover with makeup.
"Fucking hell-"
He shakily got out. Miles kept going and Alex couldn't help but laugh.
"Come on, stop it!"
Alex giggled, playfully slapping Miles away. He leant back, tipping his head against the wall to look up at the sky with a satisfied smile. He ran a hand through his sleek brown hair and closed his eyes, feeling completely at peace for the first time in a long time.
Miles watched him with interest, smiling to himself as he saw a few dark hickeys high up on the man's milky white neck. His eyes fell to the man's rising and falling chest, slightly overworking from their snogging session just earlier.
Miles settled his hands on Alex's hips, rubbing them soothingly up and down his waist.
"You're a conundrum to me, Mr. Kane."
Alex suddenly whispered, those chocolate brown eyes now focused on Miles' own.
"Thats a good thing. Means I keep things interesting, don't it?"
Alex huffed out a stream of air from his nose, his lips curling up into a slight smile.
"I suppose it does."
Miles tucked a strand of loose hair behind Alex's ear, loving the way the moonlight made it look like a halo on his head. It was then that he noticed scars peeking out from beneath his shirt and he frowned.
"What are these from?"
Alex looked away, scratching the back of his head awkwardly as he came up with his answer.
"Do you want me to be honest?"
He quietly asked. Silence settled over them like a stifling blanket. Miles thought on it before forcing Alex to look at him.
"If we're going to keep doing... whatever this is, then we need to be honest with each other, yeah?"
Alex nodded silently before pushing Miles away from him gently. Hopping off his bike, he shrugged off his leather jacket before reaching for the collar of his t shirt and pulling it over his head. He shivered at not only the cold but Miles' gaze on his chest.
There were numerous scars littered all over his chest and back area and there was what seemed to be a gunshot wound in his shoulder. Miles stepped forwards, pressing a thumb into the Star shaped raised skin and looking up at Turner.
"Who did this to you?"
There was an uncomfortable pause and for a while it seemed as though Alex might not answer.
