today was the day, the special day for kokonoi hajime and inui (y/n). getting ready in two different rooms, one of them wearing white, the other one wearing black.
"look at how pretty you look, kokonoi will fall even harder for you" (f/n) said, making you smile brightly
"thanks , (f/n)" giving her a small hug
"well then, chop-chop! they're already waiting for you to walk in!" (f/n) quickly made you stand up
reaching the two large doors, (f/n) handed you a bouquet. the doors finally opened, which revealed the love of your life waiting for you at the altar. you started walking slowly towards him, a soft tune playing which surrounded the church walls.
feeling tears build up in the corners of your eyes out of happiness, every step made your heart beat faster than before. you breath in deeply once you reached kokonoi, you saw that he also had tears in his eyes while he kept on a bright smile.
"inui (y/n), I'm so glad that I met you. at first, I didn't even expect that I would be in a relationship with you but now look at what's happening. we're getting married" kokonoi chuckled
"being with you all those times, it made me feel happy. all those joy that I felt all came from you, I could say I'm the luckiest man in the world to have someone like you" hearing him say that made your heart melt, you kept listening to him. looking at him like he was the only person the the world
"I love you with all of my being (y/n), I'm glad that I'm going to marry you" after finishing his vows, you started yours
"kokonoi hajime, I never would've thought that I will meet someone like you. you stole my heart when I first saw you, the saying 'love at first sight' really is true huh?" you let out a small laugh
"one of the best decisions I made is agreeing to hang out with you, everything felt so comfortable because I can act like myself around you. from being one of my best friends to being my boyfriend to being my fiancé, now you'll be my husband" you smiled, feeling your tears build up again
"I love you kokonoi hajime, I can't wait to be your official wife"
"Please repeat after me, I, kokonoi hajime, take you, inui (y/n), to be my lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part" the priest spoke
"I, kokonoi hajime, take you, inui (y/n), to be my lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part" kokonoi repeated
the priest once again spoke, telling you to repeat the same thing
"I, inui (y/n), take you, kokonoi hajime, to be my lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part" you smiled at your fiancé
reaching for the ring, you placed it on kokonoi's ring finger, soflty holding his hand. now kokonoi placed the ring on your ring finger, you could feel his hand shaking which made you chuckle.
"I now pronounce you, husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride" kokonoi placed his finger under your chin before kissing your lips. it made both of you smile, holding each others hands tight. finally, both of you were kissing on the altar as husband and wife.
It felt like a dream to get married to the love of your life, now it finally happened to kokonoi hajime and inui (y/n). they have more challenges to face ahead of them but they know they can solve with when they're beside each other. supporting your partner will always end up in a happy relationship.
will fate be kind to them again in their next life? letting them find each other when they were in their worst times, letting them be together until their last breath. that's what they hope what will happen until their last lives.
