"You can do it, hun. I'm sure you'll win." are the words of encouragement that you received from your dad. You were happy that he believes in you, but you're already sure that you'll win. Days and days of hard work and many many hours of reading. The victory was shining right infront of you with no doubt. Even Sir Sato told you so, and when did he ever lie to you? Never, he never lied.
Your uniform has never been this tidy, your hair was simply styled with one hair tie, and even your precious hearings aids are cleaned and polished. Excitement rushed inside you while you smiled on the way to your school where you'll ride with your adviser to take you to the mysterious venue.
"Shitttt, I'd ask you put if I'm not gay, girly!" Nathan whistled and punched your shoulder lightly.
With a sly smile, you retorted, "I'm just that gorgeous, Nathan."
"Gaga! Yes you are pretty but I'm prettier- no, scratch that, I'm the prettiest." he proudly twirled around and flipped his invisible hair away before putting an invisible crown on his head. You didn't really hear everything he said but you laughed at his silly actions anyway.
In the next 3 minutes, you continued on your bantering, sometimes using sign language - where he struggled a lot - before arriving at his classroom where the both of you parted ways.
"Good luck, queen." was what he signed to you before you walked haughtily walked in the hallways to the teacher's office.
On the way, you felt something light hitting you. A crumpled paper fell on the side of your foot, seems like someone threw it. You calmly turned your head and saw three girls giggling, they're not even hiding the fact that they did it.
"Do you girls need something?" with a smile, you gave them back the crumpled paper, "you can't just litter here, y'know. There's literally a trash bin half a meter from you or you're blind because of your heavy plastic lashes?"
"Excuse me?" one girl said, clearly offended by your remark.
"Oh! You're excused. I still wanna know what's your deal though."
Another girl raised her eyebrows with an annoying smug look on her face, "Our deal is how a cripple like you is arrogantly walking here like you're superior."
"Am I not?" you clapped back, "Look, unlike you, I'm capable and doing fine academically and socially even though I can't hear shit. Take a look at your make up filled reflection, hun. You think you looked cool with that?"
Three of them furiously gasped. "You think you're all that because you're smart? Let's see if you can talk shit after I kill you!". The student slapped you and went for your hair, pulling on it with the intent of ripping it off.
You were having none of that. The time and effort it took you to fix your hair was larger than how you dealt with your school art projects. So you raised your hand and jabbed her rib, just below her stuffed-up teat. "FUCK YOU, PUTANGINA MO!"
